Pet Friendly place to stay needing little improvement
Food is good but over priced. The utensils like cups, bowls are cracked and chipped and the staff does not pays attention despite repeated reminders. The property needs a little sprucing up in form of repair of electrical sockets, proper functioning room door bells, alignment of room doors. All items mentioned in menu card are not available.
Overall a good pet friendly place to stay.

Very disappointing experience
First of all, the breakfast quality was very poor and did not meet our expectations.
The biggest issue, however, was the way the hotel management handled the parking situation. There was a marble stone placed in the parking area without any warning signs, barricades, or guidance. During the night, while returning from sightseeing in heavy rain, my car accidentally drove over the marble stone because it was not visible.
The next morning, at the time of checkout, the hotel demanded that we pay for the damaged marble. We explained that there were no warning signs, no parking attendant to guide us, and no indication that vehicles should not pass through that area. Despite this, the hotel staff insisted that we were responsible.
When we refused to pay an unjustified amount, the hotel management called the police. We fully cooperated and waited for the police investigation. After assessing the situation, the police clearly stated that it was not our fault and that the hotel management was responsible for the unsafe parking arrangement. Only after the investigation were we allowed to leave.
We also informed Ms. Chopra and the hotel manager, Mohit, about the incident. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the matter professionally, they continued to pressure us for payment. This entire experience was extremely stressful and unprofessional.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Poor breakfast, lack of proper parking management, and an attempt to unfairly charge guests have left us with a very negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they improve their customer service and parking safety.
