Good place

Usually official trips can stay here. Hotel taste good.
Room service available.
I stays here for 3 days.
no more trouble observed. Hotel is in mid of city.
10 mins from railway station so not too much away.

Horrible rooms and service

The following pics uploaded with review shows how terrible the bathroom is. The water bucket is full of dirt and muck.there are flies breeding on the bathroom walls.the bedsheets are very dirty.Kakinada is a hot and humid town, The least we can expect is a working Air conditioner I have set the temp at 19 but it hardly gives any cooling.

Entire system needs revamping. The maintenance is absolutely sub-standard. Air conditioners old and noisy. Bathrooms unclean and bed sheets old. The management has taken customers for granted and need to pull up their socks.

In the center of town.
House Keeping needs to improve a lot.
Staff must understand other language apart from Local language.
Breakfast not good at all with very limited options.
Staff members are rude.
Food is so so...

Nice hotel

I have stayed there for 5 days on business trip
Overall experience was good
Still have small problems which are manageable.
Staff was responding fast
Hotel was located on main road.
Rooms are clean and neat
