Perfect Stay in Ladakh
We had a wonderful stay at Essence at Ladakh. The location is peaceful, the atmosphere is so relaxing, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The buffet had a great variety as well, my favourites were the seekh kebabs and chaat canapés, they were absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again on our next visit to Ladakh.

Excellent boutique hotel
Location-Beautiful hotel right next to the mountains and 15 min walk from market.
Atmosphere It would be nice if the premises could be a bit more green, perhaps plant flowers.
The Rooms are comfortable, both the layout, the bedding was soft, a big quilt to be warm at night, and the mattress was soft. The room was clean, except the drinking glasses can be washed up properly. The hot water came quickly and the shower pressure was great.Value for money. Cleanliness was good. Noise level zero
The service was pleasant and friendly from the various attendants, the front desk, restaurant and room service porters. Amenities.-nil. The food was delicious, mostly a blend of Indian cuisine from various places, although the menu wasn't very extensive.The one down is that the food at the restaurant was on the basic side. I would have loved to be able to have more local Ladakhian food, like the local momos , local soup, and other various local dishes. Also the food took ages to come even if we were the only guests at the restaurant. The coffee also can use some improvement. And perhaps be able to introduce other milk options like oat or soy or almond.Essence at Ladakh is a beautiful boutique hotel. The property is very well planned, the rooms are spacious and elegantly done up. The room has all the facilities one would wish for especially in a hotel located at such an altitude. The dining area is spacious with very friendly staff who are more than willing to make your stay memorable. The food is excellent with a very good spread for all meals. All in all its worth the amount

Fantastic experience! If you want to feel ladakh at its essence, this really is the place
The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the property was at a fabulous location with beautiful views. The rooms were clean. What really stood out was the food. Every meal I had was prepared fabulously with very timely service. It was a stupendous experience and a serene vibe.

A Relaxed stay.
We had an amazing time here.
The room was spacious, clean and cozy perfect after a long day out.
The staff Ms Angmo, Atul, and Harsh were super friendly and always ready to help.
The food was delicious, thanks to Chef Pawan and his team.
A big thanks to Kanan for personally waiting for us when we arrived late from Pangong and making sure dinner was still served.
That really meant a lot!
Overall, such a warm and welcoming place.
Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Leh.

Highly recommended stay in Leh!
Recently I stayed at this property with friends and family. It was one of the most comfortable and beautiful stays. I went to celebrate my birthday and they made it even more special. The staff is courteous, very helpful and always prompt to go an extra mile and were very accommodating with any requests. The rooms were spacious and cozy at the same time. And what can i say about the food. Fresh, locally produced and made with a lot of warmth and love. The food was really tasty and an amazing restaurant staff who took care of all dietary requirements along with keeping the food tasty. All in all a very nice stay and highly recommend for any one travelling.
