Good Hotel in Itarsi

The hotel is situated on highway and is little away from city. Since, my work place was near to Hotel this was the best place to stay. I stayed in hotel in two spell. First experience was really bad but second one was quite good. In my first spell, they gave me room on first floor which was very old and bad and did not offer complimentary breakfast. During my second visit, I was told that first floor is bad and rest of the floors are good and they offer complimentary breakfast. On my complaint, they gave me second floor and complimentary breakfast. The rooms were really good as per the standards of Itarsi. Their room service is also good and good vegetarian food. The restaurant is veg only. For non-vegetarians, there is restaurant in another hotel which offers non- veg food. Overall, good hotel. Check the room before you take.

Terrible Experience

Unhygienic rooms. No properly attended. Bedsheet was not clean. Towel was old and torn. Glass Panel through which we see the world was never cleaned.
It seems hotel is not serious about its operations.
There is no buffet facility then also breakfast is mentioned and payment was taken by MMT.
I am just writing for honest feedback, if you are looking for a clean property, look for something else in Itarsi, in case you go to Itarsi.

Almost five to six kms from railway station

Platinum resort and spa is a nice place for a short stay to relax and chill along with family and friends. The place offers great food and variety of delicacies and lastly the place is not that far as it iz located almost 5 - 6 kms from railway station and is totally reasonable with the service provided by it.

Good property

It is situated between Bhopal Nagpur Highway near itarsi, the hotel is good and offers fine dining. I visited there during my official meeting. I must say its a good property. Peoples visiting itarsi may chose this place.
