Peaceful stay with luxury of heritage

Had a wonderful stay at Mandawa Vilas. The property has a very warm and peaceful vibe, rooms were comfortable, clean and the overall hospitality experience was truly impressive. What stood out the most was the owner’s personal involvement and humble nature — he genuinely understands the real meaning of hospitality and makes guests feel welcomed like family.
The staff was courteous and attentive throughout our stay. The only area where I feel improvement is needed is the food, which could be better in terms of taste and overall experience. Apart from that, everything else was really good and memorable.
Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxed and authentic stay experience in Mandawa.

Avoid This Scam - Mandawa Vilas Hotel

Honestly one of the worst experiences of our trip. Yes, the hotel looks beautiful from outside, but that’s where anything positive ends.
Our guide brought us here and we were charged ₹200 just to enter — no warning, no explanation, just handed a ticket. Then we found out a wedding was happening inside, so the entire property was inaccessible. We paid to see nothing. Absolutely nothing.
When we complained and asked for a refund since we literally couldn’t view anything, we were brushed off — no accountability, no solution, nothing. To add insult to injury, we later found out our friends visited the exact same evening and walked in completely free.
So essentially, tourists brought by guides are being charged while others walk in for free — for a property you can’t even see. This is a blatant scam targeting tourists, and it left a really bad taste after what was otherwise a wonderful trip. Please save your money and skip this place.

Stunning beautiful property. Warm welcome, beautiful room with comfy mattress and white clean towels. Nice garden. Very quiet, relief after busy days. Had the opportunity to meet the friendly owner who shared his story about this Havela and its renovation. Wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Loved Mandala as well.

Magical place!

My stay at Mandawa Vilas felt like being thrown into a fairy tale. The place feels unreal with its frescoes, colorful glass, inner courtyard and, if lucky to catch the moment, the owner of the place playing his flute in it. I cannot think of a better hotel to pick if you want to feel transported in time and place and experience something truly different… Purely magical!

Truly gem in Mandawa

Wonderful Haveli, a truly gem in Mandawa. The owner and the complete staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The entire property is super clean. Comfortable bed and great shower. The best hotel so far on my Rajastan trip.
