Very Noisy

1st The hotel has many positives. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, my overall experience was spoiled by poor noise management.
The walls and connecting doors have very poor sound insulation, making conversations and noise from adjacent rooms clearly audible. During my stay, there were corporate guests who were drinking late into the night and creating significant disturbance. I reported the issue to the staff three separate times.
What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled. Instead of addressing the guests causing the disturbance, the manager informed me that they could not take any action against them and, at around 3:00 AM, asked me to shift to another room on a lower floor. As a paying guest seeking a peaceful night's sleep, I should not have been inconvenienced because others chose to ignore basic etiquette.
I sincerely hope the hotel management treats this feedback seriously. Guests who repeatedly disturb others, especially during late-night hours, should be dealt with appropriately rather than asking the affected guest to relocate. A good hotel is defined not only by clean rooms and good breakfast but also by its commitment to ensuring every guest has a comfortable and restful stay.
I hope senior management reviews this incident and implements stricter policies for handling noise complaints so that future guests do not have to go through a similar experience.

The Suite

The Hotel is located centrally I was in so called suite additional sitting capacity was in room.
Ambience was good.
Linen ,Pillow and Mattresses quality should be improved according to rate I have paid Rs11000/for two nights
