Good Hotel

We stayed in the Hotel for 2 nights and the stay was comfortable. The hotel is in the heart of the city and we could not expect anything better. the Wifi in the lobby was good and BSNL offers free Wifi in the rooms.

Most Hopeless Hotel Ever Seen in my Travelling Experience of more than 30 years!

1) The Most Important that Hotel Staff fix Jhammer to your Car and ask for undue money In spite of there is any of the Parking Rules in Panchmari !
2) As per the Local Government and Local Traffic Rules there is no Regulations & Govt Policy Laid down for NO PARKING. Hotel Staff itself fix the Jhammer to your vehicle and take undue advantages by exploiting money from the Traveler who stays in their Hotel.
3) Be Aware Do not Stay in this Hotel.
4) Service is Very Poor. ( If you ask for Bathroom Towels they will not provide you in
proper time Service is very Poor
5) Hotel Reception Lady is also arrogant, They dint have hospitality sense at all !

Below Average

Toilet seat cover broken. Bathroom was stinking of sewage. Linens were dirty. Service fairly good as the seat cover was changed immdtly on complaining. Food quality not great. Location near market place is the only plus. Kettle provided only on demand. Poor wifi in the room. Overall experience not satisfactory.

Average hotel, centrally located.

Located on the main road in the centre of the town. The staff is helpful as we were given a room even though we reached early and that too at no extra cost. The food was average. The problem is with the rooms, small (very small) and were not clean. The linen was not clean as per expectations as well. You may find better hotels around the area. Can be avoided.

Pachmarhi Trip

The hotel is at Main Road , near by Pachmarhi Bus Stand. Its a average hotel in budget.Food was good but service was not such as good. It was total 3 days trip and we have covered almost all main points in 2 days. It is very nice place in MP.
