Nice getaway

The price is right, the staff is friendly and the fried rice for lunch is a must try. The house keeping do a good job of keeping the room hospitable and supervisor P. Vinoth Kumar, and housekeeping staff H. Mari and Marti Kandan were attentive to our needs.

Terrible stay away

Terrible experience !!!!
Rooms are dirty , wires hanging out , Terrible dust that hits the chest.
The reception staff are useless. When I complained that said they fully booked nothing can do , when I said I am checking out by a miracle they had 3 rooms to show me. My mistake is that I stayed back, only to later find out no hot water , just warm water. The windows could not close shut in the room so I could hear the noise from the main road.
DON'T BOOK !

Breeze Residency My Second Home in Trichy!

I have been using this property close to 4 decades. Remember having visited, after a few days of inauguration! It was called Hotel Rajali then. A couple of decades ago it was called Jennys Residency and I have stayed here. Breeze Residency is like a second home, whenever I visited Trichy earlier.
After a long time I have checked into Breeze Residency along with my friend's family. We had an awesome time enjoying their well appointed rooms and excellent hospitality. The service, food and cleanliness of the rooms are simply superb! Well done, keep rocking!

Unethical and Disgraceful – A Warning to All Travelers

Booked a room at Breeze Residency, Trichy via Booking.com (check-in: June 5, check-out: June 7). Booking was confirmed. On June 3, I get a random call from the hotel: “Your booking is cancelled.” No explanation. Booking.com still shows it as valid. Repeated calls to the hotel? Ignored. Blatantly.
Only later did I learn from locals that this is a routine scam. During wedding seasons or high demand, hotel cancels confirmed bookings from online portals and resells the rooms at inflated prices to big groups. No apology. No integrity. Just pure, greedy opportunism.
Guests who booked through platforms like Booking.com are treated as disposable.
This is completely unethical and shows zero respect for travelers. My trip with family was thrown into chaos because of this. Breeze Residency is not just unreliable—it’s dishonest. Think twice before booking here.

Need improvements

The hotel basically looks fine from the reception to the rooms. The location is great at walking distance from Trichy Junction Railway Station and Main Bus Station. But the service and response time to any request is poor. With better maintenance and good service protocols it should be a great place to stay. I had the strange experience of getting ONLY HOT WATER in ALL the taps in the bathroom. Still worse, the handles of the taps were in awful condition. My complaints were not responded to promptly or properly. The food served in the restaurant was really good but I could spot flies in the air conditioned restaurant which was a serious put off.
