Unforgettable !

The residence is particularly quiet. It is a very old and typical construction which offers great comfort. We had meals on the terrace. The meals served are of excellent quality. Thanks to Siddharth and his team, we had a unique experience of sunsets on the nearby dunes and on the lake while sharing a "chai", visiting the temple, visiting farms and discussing his life and his projects. I highly recommend this place.

Village peace great place

Loved my stay. Charming large rooms that have real warmth. Strolled around the village, explored farms and walked up the sand dune for an amazing sunset! Back to the palace for dinner on the balcony under the stars. Just delightful and worth a visit.

Awesome experience!

My family and I stayed at Tordi Palace in late December, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Tordi is very much off the beaten track, so a stay here provides a true taste of Indian village life.
The rooms were all very clean, the food was delicious, Siddarth was a great host and the people living in the village were all very friendly!
We highly recommend a camel cart ride to watch the sunset - absolutely stunning!
In winter, it is very cold and there is no heating in the rooms, so if you plan to stay during winter, we suggest being prepared for this!

Memorable and lovely

My daughter and I were so lucky we got to stay here. The 250 year old palace was like a dream - the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very hospitable. The dinner we had here, followed by having henna done and sitting by an outdoor fire was one of the loveliest experiences we had in India. It is very worth the effort of travelling here!

Best part of an Indian trip

This is a great place to stay. Very relaxing and quiet! Do the Jeep safari as well to see the local farmers, the sunset over the dam, and the irrigation system. Great food and lovely place to relax with really good views. The guide was lovely.
