They actually provide toothbrushes and toothpaste although the booking says they don’t. A great location to go up Mount bromo. The rooms aren’t that clean though; there are little bugs and mold on some of the corners but it isn’t a big deal.

Very disappointed!

The room was very spacious with a large bathroom, kitchen and sitting area. That was the only nice things about the hotel. The rest was something else. None of the door locks worked from main door, bathroom or bedroom. No hand soap, no hand or face towels. The cupboard was empty, the sink dirty. Worst of all, the room was rather smelly, stains everywhere (photo attached ). Food in the restaurant was mediocre and got cold when served. Will not be back.

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Dirty, smelly, yellowish and smelly towels. Bed linens are yellowish. Wall paints are peeling and yellowish, window frame has problem closing the pane. Toilet is disgustingly dirty. Slow service. I do not know what happened to this hotel. It was the best accommodation in Bromo 30 years ago.

SERIOUSLY?
Just my opinion but whomever owns this very tired property ought to condemn it and start again. It does not even have good bones and is beyond salvation.
Don't even know where to begin. We checked out within minutes when we could get rooms in another hotel. Don't know which part of the hotel received the high ratings but if I could give this hotel a ZERO, I would.
Reminds one of The Overlook Hotel (Stephen King's The Shining).
The hotel is not in bad shape.
It is in VERY BAD shape.

Worst place stayed in all of Java

Avoid at all costs....dirtiest hotel I have been to in ages. Mold in the bathroom, insects all in the tub and sinks. Even awful smell. Not at all like the pictures. Even the breakfast was bad. Please stay anywhere else...or you will regret it.
