No customer care

The accomodation was good, a bit of lack of cleaning in the bathroom but the bedroom was nice, (too hot due to the fact that there was not aircon). We really liked the outdoor furniture. This could have been a nice place to stay if the staff would been more friendly and attentive, but it looked like they didn’t care at all about customers. They didn’t want to give us the Wi-Fi password, they said they forgot it, (come on!) and actually it wouldn’t been a problem if it was not one of the services listed on the booking! Just write NO Wi-Fi if you don’t want customers to use it. The food was not that great but the main reason we decided to eat somewhere else every day, was the bad service and attitude of the staff. There was only one guy, (not sure if his name was Daron), who was nice and caring. Guys, you have a gem in your hands, don’t throw the occasion away because it takes really just a little to make it perfect. Other restaurants around you were crowded
