A stunning location and a beautiful hote

I have stayed in The Grand Hotel on several occasions. The new decor and upgrade is stunning and a lovely ambience is clearly visible as customers sit in the communal areas totally relaxed and at ease. The downside is some areas are far too dark for example the communal reception area and the cost to stay at the hotel is now beyond most people's budget

A Grand Experience of Ireland

The Grand Hotel is indeed grand many ways, from its location by the sea, proximity to a charming village, the very comfortable rooms, and the fine food and drink. But most importantly it was the people, the professional staff, who really stood out as the heart of the experience. Now isn’t that what visiting Ireland is really all about?

Beautiful hotel, staff reaction to some minor issues are not great

A few issues on arrival and with amenities for the baby, other than that the hotel and grounds are beautiful.

★★★★★ Outstanding stay at The Grand Hotel, Malahide

We had a wonderful stay at The Grand Hotel. The staff were exceptional from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, and their warmth really set the tone for the whole visit.
The rooms were beautiful, with an excellent view, and breakfast was honestly one of the best we've had. The kids loved the pool, which made for a really relaxing stay for the whole family.
The recent refurbishment has given the hotel a gorgeous new look, the decor is fantastic. Parking was easy, and the location is perfect, just a short walk from Malahide town.
Highly recommend for a family getaway, we'll definitely be back!

Wonderful overnight stay

Hotel is really grand and beautiful. All of the staff we met were so welcoming and pleasant! Alyssa on reception gets a special mention as she amazingly upgraded us to a penthouse suite for our overnight stay. The suite was phenomenal and we can't thank Alyssa and the team enough. It was extra special for us at it was our minimoon, the weekend after our wedding!
A really brilliant hotel. Definitely worth a stay!
