Superbly located to tour the Kerry Way walking route, it offers stunning panoramas of Ballinskellig Bay and the Iveragh Peninsula on the Ring of Kerry. A short walk from the town of Waterville, which was a favourite holiday spot of Charlie Chaplin’s, the town hosts The Charlie Chaplin Comedy Film Festival every August. Waterville is also home to the fifth best golf course in Britain and Ireland, Waterville Golf Links. Guests can relax on gorgeous beaches, stroll around Lough Currane and have tours arranged by host Breda Barry. Really nice B&B and great host

Breda was a brilliant host, with an excellent B&B. Room was spacious and clean, superb breakfast, all very comfortable.
The walk into town for food is a little under a mile on the main road, which isn’t great but Breda offered a lift to those wanting it. We walked to the Smugglets Inn which was nice but VERY expensive.

Beautiful House and Welcoming

Impeccable and spacious rooms, a charming hostess, helpful and good cook, walker on the Kerry Way, I recommend!

Excellent Stay at the Golf Links View B & B!

I recently returned from my second stay at Waterville's Golf Links View, and it is a terrific spot! Breda and her family are incredibly kind people and are willing to help in any way necessary. The rooms are clean and have everything you might need. Breda does an amazing breakfast made to order, which is a perfect way to start your day in Waterville. I was there for golf, but I enjoyed conversing with other folks staying there who were on walking tours. While it doesn't exactly have a view of the course, it is almost the closest place to stay if you are playing the Waterville Golf Links, and Hog's Head isn't far either.
I will hopefully be returning to Waterville in 2026 and I will definitely stay at the Golf Links View without hesitation! I can't wait to return to such a special place!

Best B&B on my Ireland trip

Definitely the best B&B I stayed in on my two week Ireland trip. The room is big and clean and the breakfast is excellent. Breda, the owner was so kind, that she took me by car to the laundry and latter to the restaurant in Waterville center and back. She even helps me to find some accommodations for next few days. Highly recommend!

Very good B&B

Very good stage on the Kerry way, quiet despite the proximity to the road. The B&B is a bit far from the Kerry way and the city center but the owners were very kind and offered us vehicles. They are very helpful and seek to make everything go as well as possible for their guests. Very good and hearty breakfast, spacious room, very comfortable beds. Just a little flat on the bathroom, small and in her juice. Nevertheless, we highly recommend.
