Great experience!

We came as a group, dear Zacky received us in the most beautiful way there is, as the group manager accompanied us throughout the reception, huge renovated rooms excellent food not gourmet but restaurant level +++ morning and evening.
Excellent location, warmly recommended!!

Not coming back.

Cute hotel and nothing more, spacious rooms and clean little pool, shocking food, I would never come back again, which is a kind and nice staff want to praise Omar kind and nice worker with a nice face and always ready to help

Possible hotel

Very average hotel.
Room was clean.
The dining room isn't big, and there's a lot of pressure on it, so it's unpleasant to eat there. Plus, the food is scarce and uninteresting. There's no variety.
It's a 3-star hotel and below, and for those looking for comfort and relaxation, this is not exactly the place.
The hotel is more suitable for young people and less for couples and families.
The staff was excellent in all departments.

A lovely hotel!!!

We returned last weekend at Hotel Akaya . For the first time and for sure not the last . The hotel is charming . The rooms are renovated , clean . We were in a room with a balcony . The reservation manager Zachie and the rest of the staff are lovely people . The toilets are very helpful in everything we need . The breakfast is varied and tasty . Zachie and the rest of the staff are very grateful for everything .

No more explaining. No customer service at all. It's our second time and a significant decline in service.

Good location. Good rooms. Bad service doesn't explain anything. Saturday beef meal without any effort. No wonder. Coffee. Bread isn't fresh. Few towels in the rooms.
Any questions asked by the staff refuse to answer.
