Terrible Experience

Absolutely terrible. Showed up after a four hour drive from Florence, and was told they did not have our reservation (or the couple we were traveling with). After showing proof that we did indeed have a prepaid reservation, they (Veronica) implied that our reservation was a fake. Very rude.
After an hour long panic, they did find us rooms at a sister property. The property was not on the ocean (as the original was), nor was it a suite (as the original was). Feels scam'ish...I think they simply overbooked, then blamed us for their problem. Don't go!

nature and relaxation

Very beautiful place, immersed in the nature of the Conero park overlooking the sea. Excellent service, compliments to the staff...very kind and affable with the guests. Superlative cuisine.

Vacation at the tower

I have been coming to the Fortino for several years now. Enchanting place. Good restaurant with a breathtaking view. The pool is nice. All the staff is kind
. Dear manager, I must tell you one thing though... for a facility like this, the staff is not sufficient. The guys are truly great in the breakfast, restaurant, and pool areas, but there are too few of them! Try taking a few walks among the guests....You would have noticed it too. Rooms always clean.
