Fabulous stay and dinner

We had a fantastic 1 night stay here and the hosts Sonia & Emanuele made us feel so welcome in their home and hotel. We stay in the orange room looking on to the court yard and a few steps from the large roof terrace. Afternoon Prosecco and surprise nibbles made by Sonia was a lovely a lovely touch.
We ate in their restaurant which was amazing - La Catina with Emanuele front of house and Sonia in the kitchen the food, wine and service was excellent.
The breakfast in the courtyard was great so much to chose and to top it off Sonia made us a picnic for our hike.

Perfect stay in Palazzo in Salento

We had a perfect 2 week stay in the completely renovated 17 th century Palazzo hotel of Sonia and Emmanuelle who took very good care of us. Very personell and friendly communication with this couple who runs the hotel.
The hotel is a perfect base for exploring the Salento peninsula for history, beaches and culture. Do not miss the Sagra town festivals in Castiglione and surrounding villages in July and August !

Amazing Pallazo experience

We stayed here as part of organised walking trip with Inn Travel. We had such a lovely experience. Drinks on their roof terrace, followed by the most amazing meal in their restaurant. This husband and wife team are amazing, friendly and fun. All of the 4 food courses were wonderful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. The setting of the restaurant in the cellar is beautiful. A good night sleep in a cool room and a good breakfast in the courtyard set us up for another or I walk in the glorious sunshine of Puglia. Definitely recommend staying/dining here.

An excellent hotel.

An excellent hotel and restaurant. Sonia and Emanuele were very generous, friendly and welcoming. The room was large and extremely comfortable. La Cantina was a lovely atmospheric space with excellent service and food.

Thank you Sonia and Emmanuele

We arrived on a rainy Sunday evening after a tiring hike. Sonia's welcome was a burst of energy! Our top floor room was quirky with a wonderful roof terrace area we would loved to have made use of in better weather. We drank a beer in the small bar and ate in the hotel restaurant - La Cantina (separate review). Breakfast was generous. You could not ask for better hosts than Sonia and Emmanuel.
