Honeymoon luxury - well rested
This trip was a 5 day break away for our honeymoon. The perfect location to relax, unwind and see a nice proportion of Lake Como. We visited the great triangle (Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna.) beautiful places and very easy to get around by ferry.
We also rented a Vespa from the local Bellagio scooters - very helpful and really added to our trip.
The staff really made trip. They could not have been more accommodating - 10/10
We’ll be back.

The best hotel in Bellagio
The fact this isn’t a 5 star is madness! The most beautiful hotel. Staff were INCREDIBLE. View unrivalled. Honestly - I’m just gutted to be home!

Wonderful unique view in serene atmosphere
The view is spectacular and it is there for you to enjoy in every spot of the hotel. My son said that sitting a couple of hours at his room terrace was a a life changing experience for him. Service is impeccable.

A fantastic hotel
One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. The views, the cleanliness of the rooms, the staff are excellent. Wonderful service! The transfers are excellent. We’d come back!

Above and beyond
Our stay began with an unexpected challenge when we arrived by ferry in Bellagio and called the hotel for their shuttle. We were informed that the roads were closed due to a motorcycle accident, resulting in at least a two-hour delay. The hotel sincerely apologized and suggested we enjoy dinner in town while we waited.
During dinner, a lovely woman approached us and introduced herself as being from the hotel. She had come specifically to make sure we were comfortable during the delay. She stayed with us until the shuttle finally arrived, accompanied us to the hotel, and even expedited our check-in.
When we reached our room, we were amazed. It was absolutely spectacular, with breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Como. Wanting to express our gratitude, we offered the woman a tip, but she graciously declined. Only later did we discover that she was the owner, Elena Ponzini.
Elena’s kindness, humility, and genuine care for her guests turned an unfortunate travel delay into one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Her exceptional hospitality, combined with the stunning accommodations and incredible setting, made this a truly unforgettable stay. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
