I absolutely recommend it
We used a gift box two nights and breakfast, choosing this property. We also used, at our own expense, the restaurant. Exceptional experience. Cosy, comfortable rooms with outdoor balcony. Cleaning of the same of excellent standard. Staff at reception friendly and welcoming. The restaurant offers varied dishes with excellent quality cuisine. Really good experience, to be repeated

Never again
I had lunch at this restaurant as it is adjacent to the Brallo tennis center. Well, the staff was very annoyed and unfriendly. Very limited food on the menu and meager portions. I asked if a side dish was already included with the main course as sometimes happens, and I was told, "Of course, ma'am, we include caramelized onion"; too bad it was an invisible little piece.
Never seen a restaurant that doesn't bring you the wine list.
High prices and not appropriate for the quality offered. I do not recommend it.

Magical and unforgettable experience: a true gem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My wife and I stayed at this wonderful property for 3 days and 2 nights, and we can say without hesitation that it was one of the most beautiful and original experiences ever.
We split our stay by trying two different solutions: the first night in the tree suite and the second in the cave suite. Both rooms offer a unique experience, with attention to the smallest details, capable of combining the charm of nature with absolute comfort. Sleeping among the tree branches and, the next evening, finding ourselves immersed in the evocative and romantic atmosphere of the cave literally allowed us to unplug from reality.
The place is simply stunning, a corner of paradise where the architecture blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape. A note of excellence also goes to the restaurant: the dishes are excellent, prepared with top-quality raw ingredients and presented divinely.
What really makes the difference, however, is the staff: super helpful, friendly, and attentive to every little need, always with a smile. You can perceive a great passion and dedication in welcoming guests.
Impeccable property, excellent cleanliness, and an atmosphere that regenerates the heart. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended to anyone looking for an out-of-the-ordinary, high-level stay.

Stay in Pregola
We stayed in this 4-star hotel as a couple with our dog. The reception staff was super kind and immediately tried to accommodate us by anticipating the check-in. They also gave us the option to convert one dinner from half board into lunch since we had a commitment elsewhere for the evening.
The room, a Deluxe room, seemed a bit small to me. The carpeted floor was initially a source of concern due to my husband's dust allergy, but in reality, we did not have any allergy-related issues.
The pool was nice, although some guests left their loungers occupied and went to lunch, limiting the ability of others to find space near the pool.
Small but pleasant, the spa offered to guests at €25 per person with prior reservation.
Breakfast was underwhelming for a 4-star establishment.
The dinners offered to us allowed us to choose one option from two first courses and two second courses. We did not eat poorly, although I was surprised to see that some guests, probably those without half-board, could enjoy a significantly wider variety of options.
A somewhat painful note was the maitre: frankly rude, curt with guests, and also with the waiter Marco, who kept reprimanding him for everything.
Overall, it is probably an above-average establishment for the area, but it deserves a makeover to completely bring it out of the 1980s.

The room, classified as "deluxe" and located on the third floor under the roof, features carpeted flooring and limited dimensions, equipped with only the essential minimum services.
Particularly disappointing is the dining service, characterized by a decidedly modest quality of dishes and hospitality.
The family-run management, which should be the strength of hospitality, appears instead sterile and lacking in attention towards the guest, focusing exclusively on commercial aspects.
The value for money is, overall, inadequate.
Although the official category is four stars, the services offered are, in my opinion, comparable to a significantly lower hotel category.
