"Excellent for business trip"

This is the second time I stayed at Locanda Sant'Ambrogio, the Hotel is 30min by train from Malpensa Airport and couples of step from Cislago train station. There is a Lidl supermarket nearby, 3 restaurants near and their own restaurant with great Italian food, the wine is local and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is perfect and well served, every day the room was cleaned. Is a good size room and the shower is superb with nice pressure. I do recommend Locanda Sant'Ambrogio and I am booking my next trip soon!

Better a hut goes!

RUDE OWNER!
He was afraid we wouldn't pay. He took us for poor people.
He kicked us out and wouldn't even let us have lunch!
TO BE ABOLISHED!
Rooms nothing but and passable food
He kept arguing that we were the rude ones without making us talk but the point is that the CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT!

WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are mediocre, old furniture and too much dust. But the most negative note is the staff. The lady welcomed us from the beginning with haughtiness and dislike. We had taken two rooms, one for one night for me and the other for two nights for my parents. On the last day, without my knowledge, the lady added an extra night to my parents' bill just because after leaving my room I went up to put my bags in my parents' room.
This denotes a mean attitude because not only did you worry about "spying" on our every movement, but instead of making it known immediately, you kept it hidden until the moment of payment, showing a higher invoice.
One word: shame!

Simple but snug

This should be the third time I came back in this very simple but snug hotel. The staff is kind and efficient. Internal restaurant has very wide offer of home-like but nice courses. Restaurant staff also efficient. Clean and recently renovated rooms. Big and fenced parking. Weakness: poor breakfast (typical italian cornetto & cappuccino). Very fair prices!

NELLA MEDIA

Locale in stile anni 70 ma molto pulito con personale veramente cortese.
Se volete cenare con piatti classici e non avete enormi pretese questo è il posto giusto. Nonostante il tipo di locale lo porti a pensare non usano pasta fresca quindi consiglio di prendere i secondi che sono cucinati in maniera molto semplice ma gustosi,buono il vino alla spina dolci nella media.
