This hotel is amazing! Great location and a stone throw away from the cathedral. The staff are by far some of the best staff at a hotel I have ever experienced, so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was great, the rooms and overall experience are second to none. I would 1000% stay here again if we come back to Florence. Truly a 5* experience.

It was a fantastic day. First, the hotel is in a great location - just two blocks from the Domo. It’s in a quiet, charming neighborhood away from all the tourist congestion yet close to everything. The hotel itself is beautiful and charming. Since it’s so small, with only 10 rooms, it feels more like a beautifully decorated home, rather than a commercial hotel. But what’s really special is the staff! Every single team member is wonderful and charming and helpful. But I think what’s so special is that they work as a cohesive team making your stay pleasant and easy and as enjoyable as humanly possible. Their CAFÉ in the lobby is wonderfully delicious with fresh goods and there’s lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It’s important to book early because given the limited number of rooms they sell out quickly.

Outstanding, faultless, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in.

From the moment we arrived (far too early to check in) the staff were superb.
Very attentive with coffee/tea on arrival.
Our room was excellent, very big with five star bedding, toiletries, everything you could possibly expect from a top quality hotel,
The hotel is perfectly located as well, many restaurants within a 5 minute walk, the Duomo two minutes away, the tram stop 5 minutes walk away.
The breakfast was superb as well.
My wife and I are unable to think of a single negative comment. If you’re visiting Florence you must stay here.

Wonderful hotel in central Florence

We spent three nights in this wonderful hotel in Florence and wholeheartedly recommend it. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very nicely decorated and of a good size for a city centre hotel. The à la carte breakfast was delicious also. The location is perfect for seeing the city and everything about the hotel was perfect.

Glimpse Hotel-great stay!

Just stayed at Glimpse Hotel in Florence- what a delightful centrally located boutique hotel! Rooms are nicely appointed and complete. Wonderful intimate atmosphere. Everyone at front desk is friendly, professional and service oriented. Giuliana at the coffee bar/bistro is very professional, anticipates your needs, and remembers your preferences. What an asset to Glimpse- she is terrific! Will definitely recommend and return.
