Great place to stay
We enjoyed our stay here at the hotel, the rooms were clean and spacious for 3 adults to enjoy. It would have been nice for another lounge chair to enjoy but honestly we enjoyed the lounge downstairs and were out most of the days. Liked we can walk along the river into town the hot spots.
The service from Irene was great so friendly and really helped with suggestions for restaurant and what is a must for sight seeing as we did not book a couple items. We would come back here again as it was quite but still walking distance to places.

3 night stay in Florence at Hotel Ariele
Reception, cleaning and breakfast staff. Excellent.
Building old and beautifully renovated to chic and elegant, modern vibe and standards. Old traditional meets, sleek, clean and modern. Cute garden to relax in.
Room was large airy, beautiful high ceils, French door window, over looking garden. Plenty of space in room and bathroom. Fridge, safe and good wardrobe. Brilliant air conditioning.
Towels and bed linen changed every day. Hotel atmosphere was the one of calm and quiet. Perfect after a long day of sightseeing.
I found it to be value for money.
Would definitely recommend.

Hotel Ariele makes our experience in Florence even more special
Since our arrival we were welcomed with a lot of sympathy and attention by the whole team. The service was one of the big differentials of our stay: very polite, helpful staff and always willing to help with information and tips to take advantage of the city even more.
The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and extremely well cared for. After intense days walking through Florence, it was very special to return to a cozy, quiet environment and with a very comfortable bed to rest.
The breakfast was another highlight of the experience: very complete, with quality products, variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere to start the day with peace.
We also liked the location, which allowed us to know Florence with ease, taking advantage of the city on foot and returning to the hotel with peace.
We perceived care in every detail: impeccable cleanliness, organization and a team that really makes the guest feel welcome.
The Hotel Ariele has made our trip to Florence even more special and we definitely recommend it for those looking for comfort, good location and welcoming service.
Thank you very much to the whole staff for the hospitality and affection during our stay. It was a wonderful experience!
