Not to be missed

Fantastic hotel, super qualified and helpful staff. The maître d' Corrado was super helpful and professional. The property is well-maintained and welcoming. The room was spacious and the hotel's location is excellent for reaching all the places of interest. I thank the owners and all the staff for making this experience unforgettable for us.

bad experience

We made a reservation last minute for the weekend and had a bad experience. During the dinner my wife found a plastic wrap inside the dessert, we told right away to the manager and he insted of apologize justified that they did to preserve food's freshness. On Trentino's web page when making a reservation there is a special pass to the funicular/funivia he (the manager) thery jusftified that they did it only after a 3 nights reservation (there is no such information on the trentinos app).

Per quanto riguarda la Trentino Guest Card, ci siamo attenuti alle informazioni che ci erano state fornite. Prendiamo comunque atto di quanto da lei verificato direttamente e ci impegneremo a fare maggiore chiarezza in futuro.

Fantastic family run hotel.

3rd time in a row and 4th time in total at this hotel, love it! From the food to the staff, it is excellent. Has a lovely spa/sauna area as well. Corrado as the maitre d' is superb, always goes above and beyond and makes you feel extremely welcome. Simone, who was our waiter at dinner was also lovely, with excellent service throughout the week. Laura who deals with reception is also charming and always willing to help and answer any questions you have (makes a mean cocktail as well) and lastly Cristian, who similar to Laura deals with the bar and reception and is likewise fantastic. Will be back again I am sure

Fantastic Family hotel

My wife and I took our children and grandchildren to this hotel in Feb 26. (10 of us in total).
My 4 grandchildren were age 5-8 yrs of age and this was their our first time Skiing. (Although my son, his wife and my Son in Law had skied before).
This hotel is situated within 2 mins walk from the Ski lift so great location.
The Hotel itself was fantastic. The rooms were well equipped and absolutely spotless.
The staff were also fantastic, they could not do enough for you and you could easily feel/tell that this was a family owned/run hotel.
The food was especially amazing! Best food I’ve ever eaten in Italy; beautifully, typically Italian with a great choice of dishes to choose from.
Would recommend this hotel in a heart beat!!
The hotel also has a kids club, my grandchildren loved it and the chap who ran this was again fantastic!
We will be going again next year!!
Can’t really explain the great feel and family of this hotel. !!
Ps. The skiing was excellent, great choice of runs and particularly great for first time skiers!!
It was 2 mins walk to the ski lift and 7 mins to the Piste.

Loved it, been before, will definitely be back

Just came back from a week at the Hotel Caminetto.
A family friendly hotel with excellent facilities.
Rooms were great, hot water always, clean, well tended rooms and little noise.
Ski and boot store in the rear of the hotel, accessible from within and without the hotel.
Staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us.
Food and drink top quality. Location just at a gondola to the slopes (100m walk).
Access to the ski sports, shops, bars and restaurants right there.
This is a friendly hotel where you can relax.
