The Best Hotel but Most of All Best Wedding Venue

My husband and I were so honored to get married at this beautiful place. It’s located near Venice but is a great break from the chaos of a big city. The rooms were impeccable - especially for the price, the staff treated us like family the moment we arrived, the food was AMAZING as well as the spa, and the views were the best part. We could not have dreamt of a better venue and beginning to our Italian honeymoon. We will be back to celebrate anniversaries for years to come.

Wonderful spa visit!

What a stunning place! My daughter and I visited the spa for 3.5 hours earlier this week and were blown away by the facilities! Everything was immaculate, clean and even better, we were lucky enough to be there on a quieter day. I have visited many spas and can't remember one as beautiful as this one.
The castle itself is beautiful and the views amazing.
Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Very nice hotel. Unfortunately, the service was just as disappointing.

We were very much looking forward to the stay. We travel a lot worldwide to large 4 and 5-star hotels. With our children. This hotel is so inviting. Mr. Colomban and his story impress and invite you in. Our grandfather has a father who also worked as a locksmith in the area around Cison.
As mentioned, the anticipation was great. The complex is truly beautiful. However, we experienced the service as consistently more than average to poor. Unfortunately, there was no hospitality in the truest sense of the word. Our smiles did not help much. We never complained. Our impression was that one simply does their job, nothing more. There was no fresh orange juice. And unfortunately, at the reception and also in the pizzeria, there were only serious faces. We will not return. What a pity. Not child-friendly. There are quite simple ideas and possibilities for this. What a pity. Prices for this are not justified.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The grounds were amazing. The Spa was a great experience and breakfast was good too. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
