Relaxing yet all of the Lake still accessible

Stunning location / hotel. Modern, clean and everything you could ask for. Breakfast outstanding and all service undertaken with a smile and a genuine warmth. Outdoor pool is an added bonus and you can walk comfortably into Gravedone (10 /15 mins) where you can catch a ferry to the rest of Lake Como. What especially impressed me was that we had to check out a night early (for personal reasons) and the owner gave us a refund for that night when he did not have to do so. This speaks volumes of the whole atmosphere and experience at this hotel.

We'd recommend a stay

We had three nights here at start of July. It is a perfect place to stay! The small hotel (21 rooms) is right on the side of Lake Como in the town of Gravedona. The town is about 1 km away. The room (which had a small patio) was comfortable and spotlessly clean, the buffet breakfast has everything you could need and the staff are all pleasant, efficient and friendly. The hotel doesn't do Evening Meals but, throughout the day, into early evening, they offer snacks (e.g. pasta, pizza, salads etc. plus desserts). It is an alternative to walking into the town to restaurants. We would recommend a stay here.

We had a great time at Tullio hotel, my wife, my two children and I. The hotel was very clean an spaceous. We had a small patio with view of the lake. There was free parking next to the hotel and lots of space in the garden to sunbath. The pool was big enough for your children to bade and play without disturbing the other residents.
The brakfast was great and the peoples working at the hotel was very helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is in a quiet part of the lake, but travelling with car or boat you can reach the more touristy parts of Como with ease. I would really recommend this hotel.

Won’t go wrong staying at the Tulio.

One of the cleanest, most modern and comfortable hotel we stayed on our 3 week journey.
Adjacent to Lake Como where you can hop in for a swim. Very inviting and clean swimming pool.
Fantastic breakfast.
