Floripa is… WOW!

Floripa is... WOW!
That is how, with a single word, I would describe this place. Because it literally leaves you breathless. You arrive expecting a simple vacation of relaxation and sea, and you leave with a lump in your throat and teary eyes, aware of having lived an experience that revolutionizes your life. It’s not just a place, it’s a feeling. Before this vacation I had practiced yoga very few times, and my partner never. And yet, at Floripa we both practiced every day, even multiple times a day. We immediately felt part of a big family, immersed in a world unknown until that moment that never makes you feel out of place or inadequate. We felt instantly at home and completely accepted. In this regard, a heartfelt thank you to all the professionals we met on this journey: Marine, Makenzie and Filippo. Your voices still resonate in our minds and we will treasure your teachings. You guys are truly inspiring! Floripa is that magical place where you think you are disconnecting from daily duties and you find yourself dining around long tables with people from all over the world. Beautiful souls with whom you might not share anything in everyday life... and yet, there, you share everything. Every dish is prepared with love and attention by Chef Francesco. Every evening we waited with curious anticipation for his soup, the buffet ready to "embrace" us, and the final dessert. I remember with immense pleasure the care with which the Chef would pass between the tables to scrutinize looks and expressions, always ready to respond with extreme kindness to every one of our curiosities or compliments. Simply outstanding food and care! This corner of paradise, literally immersed in greenery, has its angels: Cristina, Lorenzo, and Giulio. Extraordinary professionals whom I had the good fortune to meet and whom I thank with all my heart. If I will forever carry magnificent memories of these days, it is above all thanks to them. The true beating heart of Floripa is all the staff members: from those who work at the seaside restaurant to those who welcome you at breakfast and dinner. Thank you to each one of you. Finally, an immense round of applause and a special commendation to those who imagined, created, and carry all this forward with so much passion. Floripa is the only place in the world where I have ever been able to arrive happy (because you can already breathe the energy outside the gate) and leave with sadness in my heart at the departure.
Thanks for everything... we are certain that we will return. We promised it to ourselves, to our bodies, and to our souls.

Nice location, near the beach, warm atmosphere, clean rooms, helping and friendly staff, good food, I recommend!

Relax, learn or do both!

Whether you want to create your own relaxing experience or sign up for one of their YA accredited programs, you will be treated with the same level of care. What a wonderful location to do yoga, learn something new, eat fresh cooked meals, soak up the sun, swim in the ocean, take a leisurely walk or just hang with other participants. Not very many people from the US seem to know about this little hidden gem. I highly recommend this as your next getaway or if you are ready to add to your toolbox of yoga knowledge, this place has what you need. I had the pleasure of getting certified in SUP yoga and making new connections! Eva was incredible as an instructor. SUP is subject to weather in natural settings but she also made the effort to have a back up location in a nearby pool to maximize our time and experience on the SUP. I hope that this program continues to flourish!

Total bliss ✨

For the past years , I have been visiting to Floripa regularly - and never was I disappointed . It is truly a magical refuge from all the noise of life . I come depleated and come back filled . The accomodation is super clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and relaxing - almost each with its own little garden and hamac . The yoga classes are of high quality - every teacher bring their own touch and twist. And to top it all the beach is 2 minutes away - with access to beach club that serve a different menu every day with hand picked ingredients . Thank you too all the team of Floripa and Zuma beach club for working around the clock to give the guests a unique experience

1st class variety and quality of yoga instruction delicious homemade food , super friendly team and all round excellent experience- highly recommend
