Perfect vacation

As guests for 4 days we had a great time: clean rooms, breakfast and dinner on half board were excellent, abundant and varied. The dining room staff is very kind and helpful. For meals and breakfasts, if you have any intolerances, the hotel offers and provides maximum availability; just mention it at check-in, which is something I particularly appreciated. Highly recommended for those who want to spend a quiet vacation in maximum relaxation and for those who, like me and my friends, opted for a vacation of hiking and cycling.

Siamo felici che abbiate trascorso con noi qualche giorno di serenità e che vi siate sentiti accolti e ascoltati. Per noi è importante prestare attenzione alle esigenze di ogni ospite e trovare, quando possibile, la soluzione giusta per farlo stare bene.
È stato un piacere avervi qui e speriamo di rivedervi presto, magari per una nuova avventura tra sentieri e bicicletta!

New Year's holiday

We spent, my partner and I, a pleasant stay in this hotel over the New Year period. The hotel is located a stone's throw from the Habsburg park where there are beautiful Christmas markets and close to the town center. It has a practical and convenient private parking. Also close to the station to travel by train for free thanks to the Trentino guest card that the hotel offers. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Also excellent cleaning of the common areas. We took advantage of the half board. Very good cuisine with three choice menus, good and varied breakfast with sweet and savory. Excellent New Year's Eve dinner with various courses, initial aperitif and toast of the beginning of the year. Very kind and welcoming staff with Michela always ready to give advice and information.
We spent a nice and quiet New Year's holiday. Highly recommended.

Superbly romantic

Had an amazing time during our stay at this hotel, the location, next to the Piazza were all so romantic and loving. I have never forget it. I have never been to Venezia before and my heart jumped with how the hotel is managed and how workers were kind in trying to teach us how to speak Italian, how to navigate where to shop, and off course where we should eat. I am in love with Venezia.

Levico l avevamo già visitata quindi abbiamo optato per vedere la valle del fersina e le opere di Martalar
