Very successful experiment!!!

Pasquale: A B & B booked a month earlier on known platform, gave me "hole" 3 days from my arrival over the Christmas period.
I found this hotel in the same neighborhood I was interested in and considering the offer, I decided to EXPERIENCE IT.
I had a great time.
A few hundred meters from the ring road and highway.
Well served by public transport with bus stop near the hotel.
About a half hour walk from the Metro.
Possibility to park cars, nearby, at a discounted rate with hotels.
Staff prepared, welcoming and helpful, 24 hours a day: FROM 10+!!!
Very large, comfortable and functional rooms; large, complete and well maintained facilities.
Sweet / savory breakfast very varied and rich in Neapolitan pastries (I quote lobster tails, delicious stuffing, sfogliatelle and cannoli); salty, in addition to cold cuts and cheeses, I emphasize mini provola and mozzarella, and salmon marinated with pink pepper.; pleasant note the presence of scrambled eggs, hard-boiled and other American specialties; drinks, juices and herbal teas at will.
Located in the Capodimonte district with views of the hills of Naples, 100m. from the Basilica of Capodimonte and the Catacombs of Gennaro.... but if you take the bus "on the fly": in 20 minutes you are in Spaccanapoli ready to experience the city.

Terrifying

The photos published online do not reflect reality at all; the room was not usable because the lock and door were broken, the noise of the air conditioning sounded like a 1940s jet taking off, the spring mattresses were from the 1800s and extremely uncomfortable, and they had no way to change our room.

Unfortunately, I wonder how this can be a 4-star. The door of the room was broken as if from an attempted robbery. Broken window handle. Old blankets. Very dated furnishings. Abundant breakfast, but it is the only thing I can save.

Hotel from hell

We stayed here as part of a tui multi stay for 2 nights which turned into 0 nights as this place is unacceptable on so many levels. Mould and damp in rooms , furniture chipped plaster falling off walls. This is like a haunted house , avoid at all costs as not safe and tui will not refund a penny for you , they think this hotel is acceptable! The door handle even fell off as we left and if there was a fire in this place you have no chance as even if you ran out the front entrance you'd probably be hit with a car as entrance is on a busy road with no railings from traffic. Happy holidays

Naples

The hotel was about 15 minutes away by bus, but for a 4-star hotel it was very disappointing. The room didn’t even have a proper duvet, just some old blankets.
We were 4 people, yet they only provided 2 small bottles of water, which is unacceptable for this category.
Breakfast was very poor, and the atmosphere was uncomfortable – it felt like you were being watched while eating.
For a 4-star hotel, it lacked even basic amenities like slippers. Honestly, it does not deserve this rating and I would not recommend it.
