Stay for work

New and very modern hotel from the spaces to the furnishings, it is a little outside Parma but it is perfect because it is close to the highway.
The rooms are lovingly decorated modern and clean. Very quiet hotel
Great bathroom and everything clean.
The normal breakfast and in line with a 4 star

Great business hotel, but eye for detail (and "off-duty" amenities)
The experience was a mix of excellence and rather annoying shortcomings.
The strengths:
The property is modern, tidy and has ample free parking, ideal for those who move by car. The rooms are very quiet, ensuring excellent sound insulation. The restaurant is undoubtedly the pro level: rich breakfast buffet and an excellent in-house restaurant.
The sore notes:
Unfortunately, the stay was marked by several technical problems. The heating does not always seem to work properly and requires the intervention of the reception in such cases to be unlocked. The mattress is extremely stiff, not suitable for those looking for a more welcoming support. In addition, the cleaning of the carpet and especially the shower was definitely questionable.
The Wellness chapter:
Note of demerit for sauna management. It is advertised as one of the strengths after a stressful working day, but it cannot be used as it is “under maintenance”. However, speaking to other guests, it seems that this situation has been going on for many weeks; the suspicion is that it is an excuse to reduce energy consumption rather than a real technical failure.
In summary: Great for eating and parking, but the maintenance of the facilities and the transparency on the wellness services leave much to be desired.

Avoid if you want a pleasant stay

With the exception of two members of staff who were helpful, perhaps the worst customer service in history. Rude and unhelpful upon check in. Bedroom smelt of stale smoke. In fairness the beds were really comfy. The young night manager and barmen are without doubt the most rude and unpleasant hotel staff members we have ever encountered. Breakfasts were fine. Bar shuts at 10 but even when it’s open there isn’t much chance of getting a drink! I feel for the nicer members of staff. Sadly their decency pales into insignificance behind the sheer awfulness of others.

Junior suite

Junior Suite(of a 4 star)
At check-in, there being only one person, it seemed to be at the post office given the queue.
Room (from site) of about 35 square meters but I think mine was just over 20sqm (with a door in the room closed and not accessible).
1st floor with a view of the hotel roof (not clean).
Breakfast average but:
- to request a cappuccino I had to go and find someone I needed
- little choice for celiacs
Large parking lot
Would not recommend

Good value for one night

Good, upmarket business hotel with a contemporary, stylish design, located just outside the city centre and close to the motorway exit. Very convenient if you are driving, as it offers ample parking, yet still handy for visiting the town. Rooms and bathrooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and the hotel is pet-friendly.
Breakfast is of reasonably good quality, although the hot beverages could be improved—the cappuccino from the machine was underwhelming.
Staff kind of not friendly, they looked barely interested in checking you in and out. Definitely not a "warm welcome" still, relatively good value for one night.
