Great for me

Comfortable structure, the location is really overcentral and therefore very convenient with everything at hand. Convenient parking that often in hotels so downtown is not provided to the customer.
Breakfast more than good and varied.
Nothing to say negative, I travel for business so I will definitely stay there again

T E R R I B I L E ! !

Terrible experience in this hotel passed off as a 4-star superior .... 2 stars is also too many. Advance payment without even having seen the room... something never seen anywhere. Single room very small and dirty. Full of dust, hair and mold in the shower plus the smell of old furniture and sheets. Above the military blanket bed of the 80s... old and noisy fridge without even a bottle of water for the night... dirty walls with signs of black manatees. Breakfast reflects what was said. You can make it until 8.30... rubber croissants, in my opinion from the day before... undrinkable cappuccino that tasted of medicine, soft cereals and the rest I let you imagine... we had breakfast at the bar. Tip, before you pay you see the room.... but if you love you do not enter just... terrible....

Rammaricati dalle parole pesanti adoperate .riteniamo che i suoi giudizi siano diffamatori e vergogosi.
Quando venne in reception per riferire che la camera 113 era "sporca" mi precipitai in camera 113 e feci lo spolvero,la pulizia del wc, la pulizia del vetro della doccia nonostante la camera fosse pulita.
Al mattino mi disse che sarebbe andato all'hotel Santin e chiese la restituzione dei soldi. Feci come lei chiese nonostante da parte nostra cercammo di venire incontro alle sue intemperanze.
MI disse anche che avremmo ricevuto un pacco che avremmo dovuto tenere fintanto che qualcuno non fosse passato per ritirarlo.E cosi' fu.
Questo suo commento negativo e' il ringraziamento per quanto abbiamo fatto per lei.

Filthy and disgusting

Disgusting! The room smelled so bad that I couldn’t sleep. It was dusty and stuffy. The bathroom was also filthy

Absurd experience

Stay away from it!! 2 star hotel disguised as 4 stars. Room type loculo with single bed and a bath without bidet . !! I haven't found such a bad room in 20 years, old and stale hotel. Located downtown but close to a slot room with scary characters and continuous rants. Icing on the cake from 5.30 until 6.30 in the morning a coming and going of garbage trucks that we unloaded the dumpsters. Absurd experience and almost hard to believe

The staff here are really wonderful and I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help including finding me a parking space when I returned late from a football match, and even commiserating me for the team’s loss! Really personal feel. Recommended.
