A lot of heart, a lot of relaxation

From beginning to end, one feels like part of a family here. I have never been welcomed so warmly and treated so personally in a hotel throughout my entire stay. The Pircher couple seems to manage almost everything 24/7, and they do it with passion and kindness. True hosts "of the old school."
But because such a large half-board establishment naturally requires more, they have a fantastic staff: truly everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and simply nice. Here, even wishes are fulfilled that one has never expressed...
As a family, we really enjoyed the offerings with two pools and the Hirzer cable car across the street. The kitchen crew deserves special applause; the evening menus are of such high quality that I have not experienced anything like it in this class or even in higher classes. A true delight.
(Unfortunately, the road goes directly past the hotel, and we did not find it as quiet as some other users here did—but the overall offering makes up for it in my opinion, hence 5 stars)

Our stay at the Hirzer Hotel in Saltaus was once again simply beautiful.

We have now been there for the third time and feel warmly welcomed every time. The hosts are super friendly, family-oriented, and care for their guests with a lot of heart - you can immediately tell that hospitality is truly lived here. The service was top-notch from the first minute.
Whether at the reception, in the restaurant, or with the daily room service - everything was perfectly organized, attentive, and reliable. Everything was perfectly organized, attentive, and reliable. The rooms were always very clean and lovingly arranged, so one feels comfortable right away.
We would especially like to highlight the excellent food: fresh, delicious, and prepared with a lot of love. Overall, there is an incredibly pleasant and family-like atmosphere there.
For us, it feels like a small homecoming every time. We will definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend the Hirzer Hotel!

Dear staff at the Hotel Hirzer, thank you for the wonderful stay. Everything fit again, whether at breakfast, the very good evening menu, the wine recommendations, the very nice room, the absolute cleanliness in all areas up to the warm hospitality.

A hotel where you'll feel at home from the very first moment, with top-class cuisine!

We stayed at this hotel for the first time because of the good reviews. The warm welcome from all the staff, especially the owner, was immediately noticeable. There is a friendly word for everyone, you immediately feel at home.
The daily evening meal is particularly worth mentioning; the chef creates very tasty menus every day.
The hotel is located directly on a main road, but in the evenings from 10 p.m. it is absolutely quiet, so you can sleep well with the balcony door open. The bus (free in the entire area with the Merancard) stops right in front of the house. Ideal location for hikes in the valley and on the mountain (the Hirzer cable car also leaves directly opposite the hotel).
We will definitely come back again!

Perfektes Hotel für Urlauber Wanderer und sonstige Reisende

Feines familiengeführtes Hotel. Perfekt fürs Erkunden Südtirols. Bus und Bergbahn quasi vor der Tür. Parken, Essen, Zimmer, Betreuung durch die Inhaber perfekt und kaum zu schlagen. 10 von 5 Sternen, falls das möglich wäre!
