Beautiful & cozy
I'm staying in a superior room with a child & am very impressed of how clean it is & also safe to a child under 3 years old.
There's a balcony with a very high fence (that too, safe with kids) and the view is breathtaking.
Key cards working perfectly, elevator available.
Minibar is rather big.
Good storing options for clothes & personal items.
We easily found free of charge parking places very near, even with a big car.
There's a pharmacy just next door & a small grocery store within 10minutes walk. Local products mini shop almost next door.
Many rustic restaurants close by.
And the land around couldn't get any more beautiful.
Staff has been very friendly and the cleaner (she's been very nice & polite and obviously good in her profession, as the room is CLEAN) is available every day.
The only thing I find strange is how there's no air ventilation system in the bathroom (window can be opened, but to take off the humidity..?) Or then I'm just blind and couldn't locate some vents.
2 more nights here, I wouldn't want to leave.

Nearly perfect
the rooms: were very luxurious, clean and with great view!
the service: the staff of the hotel was all very polite and patiently, always with a smile.
the only improvement should be added is in the breakfast.

The restaurant didn’t look at all like on the pictures, a minimum of table- and room dressing,.. The promise of several chefs for the 3 course dinner was in fact 1 cook and his wife who served the food without a smile and without any explanation of what was served.
The menu was clearly self - prepared and indeed the “Italian way” but 2 times I went to bed with hunger and the dessert was each time a disappointment (a piece of melon). Breakfast was each day a lot of sweet stuff and toast, no fresh breath , no meat, and always the same fruit (grapes or a peer)…
We couldn’t sit outside as the balcony was empty and the garden with swimming pool closed ( a wilderness). The hotel itself was “empty”, no flowers, no paintings on the wall etc…
Clearly a hotel with a lot of potential but no money to finish it “ a Jaguar without wheels”

thank you for your comments. We are very glad you liked our amazing Spa Suite. We are surprised instead about your food opinion because the hundred Travel Bird visitors we received during all this year , as your reservation, spent nice words about our restaurant service ( specially the cooking classes) and our half board menu.
About the breakfast, our policy it always been to offer an home made and local products as typical italian breakfast. Motivated by an important foreigner tourists growth we decided to transform our Italian Breakfast to an American Breakfast (thanks to your comments too). We will start in few weeks this new Breakfast service to receive even more foreigner tourists than this year.
It's always our goal to improve for our customers satisfaction
About the Park, we need to explain you that the new swimming pool we are constructing in our secular Park, will be a Biodesign swimming pool with small lake shape. For these kind of works the local Gouvernment permits take longer time than usual. We can't wait for to finish it to have finally the Jaguar with all wheels.
About the paintings we like to inform you that in our three Hotel floors , 53 old paintings are present on the walls, as an old noble building

Pleasant hotel with excellent staff
The hotel is the palazzo of a minor area nobleman right next to the Duomo (Church). Its location is excellent for walking the inner city which is actually quite small. There is a nearby market (beer, sausage, cheese, wine etc) and several good restaurants. Quaint little hilltop city.
The desk staff speak English well and are enthusiastic in helping the guests. The rooms are large and have very modern bathroom facilities. Our room (211) was very quiet. The hotel also has an elevator serving all floors. Rooms are secured by electronic keys. Excellent wifi in our room.
Breakfast is adequate with pastries, bread, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea and Italian baloney. Cannot speak to the dinner as we ate at one of the nearby osterias.
