Disappointing

Hotel with a lot of potential, it's a shame about the management.
I'll start by complimenting Viola and Tina who, after we had problems with the room cleaning (cobwebs, hair, and pubic hair), took care of cleaning it, even though we waited two days. We also had problems with the air conditioning: 28-30 degrees in the room after another two days they provided us with a fan, to top it all off in the covered parking lot of the
Hotel they wrote on the glass and on the car door with a marker. We took the liberty of asking for a discount after all the inconveniences and they granted us €70. I am sorry because the
Hotel has a lot of potential but the
Owner should be more attentive to the employees' work. Viola is a very helpful girl who was sorry for what happened and did everything to improve the situation. Tina also, after the inconveniences of the first few days, proved to be very attentive and helpful.
All of this should not happen in a hotel of this level.

OUTSTANDING!!

Accommodations were wonderful! My family of 8 stayed in the beautiful villas.
Reception was so warm and welcoming!
The staff went over and beyond to make our family stay as comfortable as possible.
We enjoyed a continental breakfast for the four mornings and food was delicious.
Hotel was perfectly situated for us to travel to Satriano and want to thank everyone for the exceptional service!!
Tutto Calabria e bellisimo!

I would like to take this opportunity to say I stayed at your hotel this past week I arrived on Saturday the 17 th and I was greeted at the Front desk @ check-in By Carla the front desk receptionist. She did an exceptional job on welcoming me and I had a very smooth check in. I was very happy with the service and accommodation the property was spotless rooms are all New with plenty of space all new bathrooms. Pools were very nice. The next morning I had no power. I went down to the front desk and spoke to Marzia she took care of it right away and I had power back. I saw both Carla & Marzia when I was coming and going from the property they are always smiling and making you feel right at home. They gave me all the information I needed on the shuttle and breakfast and supplied me with beach towels. I will be coming back next year with my girlfriend to show her this beautiful property and your town thank you Carla & Marzia for making me feel right at home I was treated

I have stayed at Villa Ersilia twice.The firs time was in the winter of 2018.I stayed in one of there elegant room in the Villa Hotel. It is beautiful and spotless. They have recently added a new modern structure with a Spectacular Spa! I hade the pleasure of staying there this July. From the reception area to the beautiful rooms this place was and is Heaven on earth. Carla and Marsa made it even more special. Wether you chose a villa or modern hotel the grounds are surrounded with beauty everywhere you look. It is wonderful to have such a beautiful hotel that is opened all year round. The restaurant is also very good. The best homemade sorbet can be found her.
