One without fail for us!

Arrived very late in the evening following a cancelled flight to Florence due to the wind, we were really well received ... and in French (unlike the Air France counter of the previous airport!) The room was impeccable and design - sanitary included; the mattress firm as we like it. Our new plane took off very early, we enjoyed breakfast served from 6am. Its buffet was particularly full and varied, including: a quality coffee machine (velvety cappuccino at will!), croissants variously filled as they do here, various toaster breads (with butter and / or homemade jams), Italian cakes (to test those we did not know before leaving the boot!), fresh fruit etc. In fact, we had never known such a choice in any hotel in our (already long) life! A shuttle bus then took us to the nearby airport in record time. After our hours of waiting and bus the day before, this stage was THE divine surprise. So we carefully noted the address...

Good solution in Novegro

the Fast hotel Linate is reachable on foot from Linate airport in about 10 minutes so it makes it ideal for those traveling, it is also 5 minutes from the Novegro Exhibition Park. The hotel is nice, the rooms basic, very small I would say but clean and warm. The room is equipped with hairdryer, TV and safe and towels are changed daily.
The shower is really very large and comfortable but this solution takes away some space to the toilets (bidet and toilet), the sink is directly in the room... in short, it is not a room for a relaxing holiday stay but an accommodation that can provide a base in Milan or Novegro, if you have activities to do in the area. Breakfast, you can book it with the room or, possibly, pay on site every morning; it is a buffet breakfast, rich and plentiful like the one you can find in the resorts, so with dishes for international customers, such as scrambled eggs with crispy bacon and various cold cuts as well as baked goods typically from the Mediterranean diet; coffee and drinks are administered with the classic machines, so the quality that is... but I did not mind; the restaurant, "Luppolo 63", adjacent to the breakfast room looks nice and the staff is very friendly. the restaurant, breakfast room can be reached with a staircase just to the left of the hotel entrance, so to get there, in winter as it was for me, you have to do a couple of meters in the cold Milanese climate...
One night I ate a pizza and it was not bad, certainly do not expect the real Neapolitan pizza... In short, a good hotel for those who are passing through or have something to do, perhaps at the Exhibition Park of Novegro, I recommend it.

Total rigidity and zero customer focus

I had a very disappointing experience.
I had a reservation at this property but, due to an unexpected event related to the trip, I could not reach the hotel.
I contacted the property in advance and politely, explaining the situation and asking if a cancellation or at least an alternative solution was possible. I was told very rigidly that since the booking was non-refundable, nothing could be done.
I am aware that the type of booking did not provide for a refund, but in situations of force majeure I would have expected a minimum of understanding and humanity, even if only in the form of a partial refund or voucher.
Unfortunately, this total lack of flexibility and attention to the customer leads me to say that I will never book this property again and do not recommend it, especially to those who travel often and may face unexpected events.

Clean, convenient location, efficient amenities

To make flights at dawn arriving from afar is perfect, very close to the airport, fast, efficient, clean and with discreet breakfast even at dawn (h.6:00). I will return
