Nothing is left to chance
It is truly difficult to summarize the magic of this place: a wonder to discover day after day... the attention to detail is striking, the garden is well-kept and decorated with extreme taste, even the most hidden corners have something to tell.
The food certainly takes center stage: the delicious dinner served in the garden with impeccable meals. Breakfast on the terrace with everything you could wish for is so much more.
Staff always smiling and courteous, Alessandra who welcomes you in the morning, Raul who serves you dinner, the guys at the reception always ready to help you (a special thanks to Martina who organized a wonderful visit to Mount Etna for us).
The location is strategic for visiting Sicily with its wonderful cities and its splendid beaches.
Last but not least, the owner Giusi, always present but discreet, helpful and attentive in everything, ready to spoil her guests and ensure that everything is perfect.

Loved every minute
Second time here and things just keep getting better and better! Amazing hospitality, gardens are beautiful, swimming pool a dream and kitchen cooks amazingly❤️

Pure Luxury in Siracusa
While not technically an agriturismo, this wonderful luxury resort includes beautiful citrus groves and olive trees on the expansive property. The pool was possibly the best hotel pool that we have ever encountered, and we loved having cabanas for free use near the pool.
The service was impeccable, and the breakfast buffet was truly excellent. The in-house restaurant was great as well, and the service there - as well as everywhere in this hotel - was fabulous!
This is an incredible place to stay when in the Siracusa region and is one of our all-time best hotel stays!

Simply perfect - we miss it already! ❤️
What can I say other than absolutely perfect. Borgo Pantano is simply gorgeous - peaceful, relaxing and absolutely stunning. The grounds are beautifully kept and picture-perfect, and from the moment we arrived we felt so welcome.
The owner, Giusi, is an absolute angel. She makes a point of welcoming her guests and is always around, chatting and making sure everyone is happy. Every single member of staff was wonderful - the receptionists, waiters and waitresses, cleaners - everyone was so pleasant, friendly and helpful. The service really is something special here.
The food was incredible. I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever experienced a hotel breakfast like it! I am gluten-free and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Giusi personally took the time to show me all of the options available to me, which was such a lovely touch and made me feel completely looked after. We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was gorgeous and very reasonably priced. And, of course, the Aperol Spritzes were perfect!
The pool is a brilliant size, the water was so warm and enjoyable, and there were always plenty of sunbeds. The whole pool area is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, and the salt-water jacuzzi was lovely too.
Our room was clean, comfortable and secure and had everything we needed.
I travelled with my best friend and we had the most wonderful, relaxing four-night break. Yes, the hotel is a little further out and isn’t somewhere you would choose if you wanted to walk into town every day - but that’s part of its charm. Borgo Pantano is somewhere you come to completely switch off and relax. The hotel provides a shuttle into Ortigia for €20 per room return, which we used and would definitely recommend. When we visited it was 35°C+ every day, so we were more than happy to let someone else do the driving!
Four nights went far too quickly and we miss this beautiful place already.
Thank you so, so much to Giusi and the entire Borgo Pantano team for making our short stay so special. Please continue providing the gorgeous service that we were so lucky to receive. We would return in a heartbeat.

5 Star Sicilian Hospitality
5 star experience at this beautiful hotel. We were greeted by the owner upon arrival and this personal touch was felt throughout our stay. This was Sicilian hospitality at its very best. The grounds were stunning, the accommodation was chic and the food was delicious. The divine breakfast spread felt such a treat every morning. Thank you to Giusi & her wonderful team for making our stay so memorable. We will be back!
