Traditional Piedmontese cuisine with some fish variations

Accompanied by friends who have known the restaurant for a long time, we found a nice atmosphere and friendly Welcoming. The menu essentially offers Piedmontese specialties with a couple of fish dishes for those who do not like tradition. We started with the appetizers, raw meat of Fassona, Veal Tuna, Terrina with cream of potatoes and mushrooms and "Piedmont in the mouth", that is four samples of stuffed pepper, Russian salad, raw meat of fassona and tuna veal. To continue Taiarin with sautéed mushrooms, fried mushrooms and Carmagnola rabbit with peppers. All dishes of absolute quality; maybe just one note on the rabbit a little dry with little sauce. We're done with desserts: Zabaglione with apple paste and Gelato with Zabaglione. The accompaniment with the wine was a bottle of Barbera d'Alba by the Cigliuti Brothers of Neive. Price appropriate to the quality and care of the dishes served. Absolutely recommended.

Always a guarantee, however, the price-quantity ratio... leaves something to be desired! Good ones anyway.

Location always neat clean welcoming. Staff courteous, kind, helpful. Excellent proposal, Excellent cellar. Prices are commensurate with the quality but unfortunately not the "quantity"! Paying about forty thousand lire (old minted means...) for three pieces of (exquisite) breaded brain (beautiful) seems really excessive! It's those things that make you feel a little bitter... anyway always recommended!

Restaurant with elegant and refined style, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills,
authentic and genuine hospitality of Marco the owner and his staff, ancient flavors between past and present of the best tradition of the territory.

Like your own house

Beautiful place, extraordinary food prepared by special and traditional italian family. They are the best!!!
I suggest of course menu pasta al pomodoro and desert pana cota.
The localization is next to downtown around 10minutes by car.

Traditional Hotel

Was booked into this hotel by an Italian supplier and not difficult to understand why. Hotel area is very well appointed and room was very clean and comfortable. I had both dinner and lunch in the restaurant and the food was excellent and beautifully presented. There is a separate breakfast room and this too was good with plenty on offer. Service was impeccable and all in all, a very good experience and would recommend if looking for a traditional, quality stay out with the city centre.
