Hotel Lido, good reception

A nice welcome and lake view like a postcard. The girl who manages who welcomed and pampered us with her sympathy. Outside there is music more than once a week with dance floor. We had a good lunch enjoying the view. The rooms are simple but exhaustive. This place, I speak of Lake Viverone is not appreciated enough for all it can offer but I rely on a future

Horrible!

It sucks everything dark is there in the whole structure it sucks cold, dark, dirty is around the mice!! (big mice !!!))) From everything in the kitchen , in the lounge , at the bar , even on the corridor where there are rooms ! There was rat shit so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Not to be repeated

We tried calling several times but no one answered, so we booked through Booking. When we arrived at 11 in the morning there was only one guy who barely told us to come back in the afternoon. Dirty room with spiders and related cobwebs, worn and holey sheets. In the morning a non-existent breakfast. Rude staff and almost annoyed by the presence of the few unfortunate people, all astonished like us.

A holiday to forget. Price too high for the service

Good morning, I have never given ratings to the hotels I have frequented, but in this case I can't help it.
Let me start by saying that I have known the Hotel Lido di Viverone for many years and I have always had a great time with the old management of Enrico, Martina and Matteo.
With my children we booked from 14 to 16 August.
Arranged by telephone for lunch, arrival at 1pm on August 14th.
We arrive at 10.30 at the bar, total chaos with dirty dishes from the previous evening.
Rude and rude guy at the bar didn't know anything and repeated 3 times that he was waiting for the owner at the end of the shift.
At lunch everything stopped there was no chef, no lunch.
At dinner, a crumpled recycled tablecloth with fixed menu food that was horrible enough to make you feel sick.
No other guests! Only the 3 of us in the room!
We thought about booking mid-August lunch in another place!!!
Renovated rooms with treads on the walls and walls painted gray with nail holes and cracks...
Sheets seemed to have already been used by other people... bathroom not renovated with very small shower and I had to help my son get out because he was stuck!
All very basic with a malfunctioning fridge and called twice... for replacement.
Open air conditioner without protection
Kindness ended, cleanliness much to be desired and they started cleaning at 1pm on August 15th.
The only saving grace is the view of the lake.
Not to be repeated...VERY VERY BAD!
Price €115 per night for a triple room,
25 euro fixed supermarket menu and 45 euro mid-August lunch!

Pessimo

Ho prenotato ca. 3 settimane fa per un pranzo con amici. Tutto confermato... Stamattina ci rechiamo sul posto per sentire se tutto ok, e il ragazzo controlla, vede la nostra prenotazione nel registro e ci assicura che non ci sono problemi. All'ora stabilita andiamo per il nostro pranzo (volevamo festeggiare il nostro 40. anniversario li, perché proprio lì avevamo fatto il pranzo di nozze), peccato che la cucina era chiusa. Una disorganizzazione del genere non mi è mai capitato. Siamo andati a mangiare da un'altra parte. Sono incapaci
