Max the man! Great chef!
An Exceptional 14-Night Stay — True Five-Star Service!
We just completed an incredible 14-night stay, and after spending two full weeks at the property, we can confidently say that the service and hospitality were truly exceptional. The property itself is beautiful, but what makes a luxury hotel memorable is the people — and several members of the team made our stay absolutely outstanding.
Max was exceptional from beginning to end. Over the course of our two-week stay, he consistently went above and beyond for our family. His attention to detail, professionalism, warmth, and ability to anticipate what we needed were exactly what you expect from a true five-star experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble. After 14 days, you really get to know the level of service a hotel provides, and Max delivered at an incredibly high level throughout our entire stay. He is an absolute standout and a tremendous asset to the property.
A very special shout-out to Ed at the pool, who took amazing care of us throughout our stay. Spending so many days at the pool, we really appreciated how attentive, friendly, and welcoming Ed was every single day. He remembered the little things, always made sure our family was comfortable, and genuinely added to our experience.
And we absolutely have to mention Hugo and his amazing sushi! The sushi was phenomenal — incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and easily one of the culinary highlights of our entire two-week vacation. Hugo is incredibly talented and made the experience even more special.
After 14 nights, we left feeling that the people are what truly make this property special. Max, Ed, and Hugo each made a lasting impression on our family and deserve special recognition.

Always the best!!!
My husband, 3 year old daughter and I came down for the 4th of July weekend and had the best time relaxing with the best company! We continue to come down because of the people and great food and drinks. Edson has been amazing to us for 9 years+, so has Aaron, Beneito and Abel. There’s so many more to list, but they make our stay amazing every time. We can’t wait to be back!

Breakfast with a view!
Private chef service for breakfast was perfect! We love chef Max! He led the charge so well. And chef Hugo and chef Manny were amazing. Such an incredible experience. We will be back and will request them again!

Spectacular service, amazing apartment, super complete gym and spa, it was an amazing family vacation:)
Every morning the staff was very attentive to us. Alan was driving us in the golf cart and helped me with anything I needed from my kids.

Can’t miss vacation for your friends or family
My wife and I have been coming to one homes Cabo for about four years now. We are actually good friends with all the staff that worked there and keep in touch with some. They provide the best possible service for a luxury resort that you could ask for.
Cindy, Emmanuel, Javier and Jose are extremely helpful in providing what you need and making your stay as pleasant as possible.
Abel, Donovan, Brandon, Edson, Martin and Aaron we have gotten to know down by the pool and they take the best care of us, they know our friends and family, and everything we like to do there. Honestly, the employees at one homes is one of the main reasons we keep coming back! Not to mention you’re staying and over $2 million homes that are beautiful and you are in the best possible location in Cabo.
I would recommend to anybody!
