Special experience
Now on a Tuesday and Wednesday night.
Made use of the guest rooms, highly recommended
Watched with great pleasure how 1st year can show them, in Reception, Welcoming and Service of Breakfast and Dinner
At dinner a wine pairing with fine wines, My wife non-alcoholic wine, there was also attention to that.
Definitely come back again

Horrible service
Dinner reservation to be called back again that this is also not possible.
Crush the horn on it in the middle of expressing displeasure - not done! No more Monastery Hotel for me.

Een student heeft u vriendelijk te woord gestaan en duidelijk uitgelegd wat er gebeurd is.
Nogmaals onze excuses. U was zelf ook niet echt vriendelijk naar onze studenten toe.
Fouten worden helaas gemaakt en deze proberen wij zo netjes mogelijk te herstellen en op te lossen.

Beautiful old monastery, converted into a hotel. Nice three-course menu, but organization leaves something to be desired...
Limited but adequate breakfast; the charcuterie and cheese were drying out completely unshielded on a wooden board; the bread was only equipped with a paper napkin to hold while cutting: both not very hygienic (with covid just a few years behind us)...
Nice bread, fresh fruit and yogurt... Nice coffee, the cappuccino tasted a bit too much like milk and not enough hot.
At dinner (3 course menu for 4 consecutive days) people always came first to ask what we should drink, while we did not yet know what the menu was. It was not always clear to the staff if there were wine suggestions with the dishes...
When opening a bottle of wine, it is normally asked to taste the wine before pouring it further: the students apparently have not yet learned this.
On these 4 days we got the same menu twice; this should not be possible.
The students really do their best, but organization and supervision / teaching in the workplace could be better.

Special experience
We were on a Saturday, at the weekend there are no students present
Hotel room with shower, waiter but fine
3 course dinner excellent, with lots of personal attention
Had an explanation from the receptionist about the goings-on of the hotel and the training
From the hostess in the restaurant explanation of what the students are taught.
We plan the next visit on a weekday, so that we can experience the students
