FANTASTIC
Last Saturday, May 16th, we were allowed to have our wedding at Hotel ‘t Kruisselt. Due to 2 nationalities (Danish and Dutch) many guests came from Denmark, who all booked several days.
And we have been completely pampered for 5 days by the entire team of this beautiful hotel. The employees understand their profession, but nothing is too much and everything goes with a genuine smile on their face.
Team ‘t Kruisselt helped make it possible that everything you hope for on such an important day has come true!
From the location to the staff, from the rooms to the wedding dinner; everything was perfect!
Jeroen & Linda, thank you for everything. You are fantastic and you can be proud of everything that ‘t Kruisselt stands for❤️

WEDDING
We love this place - so beautiful and fantastic surroundings - with the sweetest and most helpful staff ❤️
We held our wedding there, with a mix of Danish and Dutch family and friends. The party and stay was all we hoped and dreamed of and much more. The delicious food and drink of very high standard.
So a lot of thanks to everyone at Kruisselt Hotel ❤️

It is known to the management that the bathrooms stink.......
The location of the hotel is beautiful, especially if you also want to explore the area. We had half-board and dinners in the evening were fine, ditto for breakfast.
There is a serious flaw, the bathroom of room 35 (and according to the management that is not the only room with problems) was terrible, full of sewage gas, and even the fan could not suck against it, even after a whole night running there was still a foul H2S smell in the room in the morning.
The worst thing is that the problem is known to the management and all rooms are rented out anyway, therefore there was no possibility to offer another room after complaining. In short, the management accepts that guests must accept the harmful side effects (headaches, nausea) of sewage gas. Keep in mind that sewage gas can potentially lead to even more serious side effects.
I responded to the survey sent out by the management in similar terms, but without any response.
It remained an attempt to give the impression that there was force majeure because after the renovation of the bathrooms the sinks were incorrectly placed.....

Naar aanleiding van uw verblijf en uw enquête kunnen wij u informeren dat in december 2024, na diverse metingen en onderzoeken, is gebleken dat de geur in de kamers geen rioolgas betrof, maar een droogvallende sifon.
De keerkleppen en aansluitingen waren geheel in orde, maar een minuscuul klein scheurtje in de sifon (met het oog niet zichtbaar) heeft de geur veroorzaakt. Dit bleek in twee kamers het probleem. Het probleem is toen direct verholpen.
Wij hopen u, ondanks de vervelende situatie, heel graag nogmaals te ontvangen in Hotel ’t Kruisselt en wensen u alle goeds en gezondheid voor het nieuwe jaar.

Delightful hotel
Lovely hotel. The wooded area is very soothing and you sleep like a rose. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful (when I arrived with walking difficulties, my suitcase was immediately taken over by a staff member who happened to come out). In short, they are going to get me a regular customer.

Great hotel
Beautiful location in a wooded area. We had the charm room. Spacious room. I thought the shower was a bit small. The bathroom was also good. Had a lovely drink in the living room. We had dinner outside. Breakfast was fine. Good hotel
