However, I apologize that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please note that room dimensions in the historic building vary, and the staff continuously reviews wayfinding elements to enhance guest comfort.

Hotel 3 stelle 4 stelle + esperienza
La colazione a buffet era varia e ben fornita e includeva anche Cava come opzione che era una vera delizia!
La posizione era perfetta sia con un taxi acqueo e fermata del vaporetto appena fuori e fermate del tram e della metropolitana a pochi minuti a piedi quindi spostarsi era super facile.
Menzione speciale anche al personale efficiente e cordiale.

That said, I sincerely regret that some aspects of your accommodation did not meet your expectations. The building's unique architecture does lead to variations in room layouts, and I appreciate your understanding regarding spatial constraints.
Nonetheless, I’m heartened your overall experience was a pleasant one. Many guests particularly enjoy the tranquil riverside location near Erasmus Bridge, which offers easy access to Rotterdam's architectural highlights while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the fantastic view of the canal from your single room and found the bed and pillow comfortable. It's great to know that you appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as well as the fridge, coffee machine, and good Wi-Fi signal. We are also glad that you felt safe and secure in our residential area and surroundings.
We understand that the lack of a table and chair for working on your computer was an inconvenience. As our hotel is situated in an old building, room sizes and layouts can vary. In the future, we recommend booking one of our Superior rooms, which offer extra space and a separate seating area that might better suit your needs. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
