Small but nice!

Very small room with large bed, bathroom with toilet and shower. We only slept here and freshened up and it was just right for us. It says very clearly that it is a small room if you only need to sleep this is fine. Also very nice that there is an air conditioning.

Onze compacte kamers zijn inderdaad perfect als basis om even bij te komen, en die airco zorgt altijd voor een aangenaam temperatuur!

Unhappy Stay

The room was too small and poorly soundproofed. I could not sleep well because an alarm in the next room rang for an hour early in the morning. The TV in my room was not working. I wish the room had double-layer curtains.

Fijn dat je onze centrale locatie hebt kunnen waarderen, een gemakkelijke manier om te genieten van het gezellige Den Bosch bieden wij graag aan al onze gasten.
Ons historische pand heeft karakteristieke kamers met een unieke architectuur, wat soms ruimtelijke beperkingen met zich meebrengt, en wij betreuren het dat hierdoor de ruimte in de torenkamer niet aan je verwachtingen voldeed.
Desondanks hopen we dat je de sfeer van ons monumentale gebouw hebt kunnen proeven, en vinden wij het fijn dat de vriendelijke service van ons team een positieve bijdrage heeft geleverd aan uw ervaring bij ons.

Great place to stay.

We had a great stay.
Cons:
There is no elevator, and quite steep, awkward stairs with your luggage. It was very hot in the room on arrival because the curtains were open and the sun was shining in full. Air conditioning turned on, which unfortunately could not be colder than 21 degrees (jumped back automatically). After a few hours the temperature was better.
Mechanism to open the window ajar is broken.
There are only blackout curtains on the windows. So if you want to change during the day, you have to do so in the dark with the lights on. Something of vitrage would not have been a luxury.
Pros:
Self checkin works great!
Location is fantastic, right next to station and right in the center.
Sheets on the bed are very soft.
Bed is large and comfortable.
Nice shower, spacious bathroom.

Hartelijk dank dat je de tijd hebt genomen om jouw ervaring bij ons te delen.
Wat fijn dat het self check-in proces soepel verliep en je de centrale ligging waardeerde. Onze locatie naast het station is inderdaad ideaal om de stad te ontdekken.
Helaas bleken praktische zaken als het gemak bij het verplaatsen van bagage en de temperatuurregeling niet optimaal. We werken continu aan het verbeteren van deze faciliteiten.
Wat fijn dat u het bed en de ruime badkamer fijn vondt. Dit horen wij graag!
Een fijne douche en nachtrust geven net dat extra beetje energie voor een dagje de stad verkennen!
Hopelijk mogen we je nog eens ontvangen voor een volgende overnachting.

Tucked away in the attic

Great location, close to the railway station. Didn’t receive an access code or any information by email in advance – online check-in doesn’t work like this! My room was a very small attic room; you couldn’t walk round the bed. Only one socket in the whole room, so water cooker could only be used when moved to the bathroom. The washbasin was the size of a toilet cistern. The air conditioning made an annoying noise, even when it was switched off. Very noisy. This room (no. 15 on the second floor) shouldn’t be let out as a normal hotel room. Absolutely no value for money!
