Easy check in, polite staff. Room was spacious, clean and modern. We had a lovely corner room so had lovely sunshine. Bathroom was clean and modern. Great stay. Only issue I had was 1 flat pillow each, called for a spare pillow to be told there isn’t any. Pillows are way too flat, deffo need two per person! Apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Semi clean room, tall people can see thick layers of dust on top shelves and under the bed.
Staff needs to focus on guests rather than chatting and making guests wait.
Slow WiFi but does work.
Air conditioning turns off when outside temperature drop to 18 and below; which then the windows need to be open which is very noisy with the main road nearby.

Disappointing cleanliness

Totally disappointed by the cleanliness. The toilet was full of limescale, the sink was not clean at all, the towels had an unpleasant smell, the tiles behind the sink were splattered with black, and there was dust everywhere. Your choice to be eco-friendly should not come at the expense of the customer's cleanliness and comfort. Furthermore, I find it unacceptable that the rooms are cleaned every three days instead of daily, as happened during our stay. I hope that this aspect will be taken into serious consideration and improved.

Very poor service

Not recommended hotel. I was almost denied entry late in the evening, because I forgot my key (no ID or something, just a 'shame you won't get in').
Room immediately paid in full, yet my guests receive a reminder (which I had paid), I get unexplained extra charges of a few hundred on my credit card, I cannot get a correct invoice and I have not had any response to my emails or messages via Booking.com via booking. Also, the hotel cannot have direct contact with the headquarters, but only via the email so that they hide behind this communication at the expense of the guest.
Rooms are fine, breakfast is mediocre, but due to this service towards the guests I would not stay here soon.

Run away! Your room might not even be available!!!

A most unpleasant experience... After asking the receptionist 3x between 12:00 PM and 2:45 PM to check us in, she told us that the rooms were not ready yet. We had planned to return late; she confirmed that there was no issue with checking in even at 2:00 AM. The result: upon our arrival around 1:00 AM, our rooms were no longer available and had been resold under the pretext that check-in and payment had not been completed before midnight!!!! A disgrace, 0 consideration for the customer, a pure and simple scam, and very likely overbooking. Finding ourselves at 2:00 AM without a hotel... Hiding behind a "We tried to reach you several times at 11:45 PM but, with no answer from you, we canceled your reservation," when we have no missed calls... What a disgrace!!!!
