Drama

The only thing positive was that the beds were okay. Otherwise, it's grossly substandard. Fletcher would do well to remove this hotel from the range. No man will shed a tear over it. A few glaring facts:
Very musty stuffy air in the hotel, light switch by the bed is not there so you have to slide to your bed by touch. Bathroom is terrible.
Moisture comes through the walls and peeled wall paint. Room is only cleaned if you hang a ticket on the door. At departure try to collect the room rate again. Would be a mistake. If you ask about the specialty of the cook, there appears to be no specialty. I could go on like this. I know Fletcher has some weaker establishments but this one is champion. I'll never come here again in each one.

Very poor

Very bad hotel, check in at 3pm but there was no room ready. All doors open 4 different rooms had nothing was ready..

Nachtje Valkenburg

This hotel really isn't worthy of Fletcher. The staff are very nice, it's not because of that, but letting guests sleep here is really on the edge. You can cook soup from the carpeting there. The walls don't look good with peeled paint. It's not clean. At breakfast, most coffee cups were still dirty. One even with an eggshell stuck on the outside. You don't want to sleep in this entourage. The 3-course dinner was ok by the way.
Our first room (we moved after our complaint) was not clean. Beds slept and there was smoking in the room. Trash cans not emptied. In our “new” room, incidentally, the trash cans were not emptied either. Sockets were not there by the bed. The hair dryer didn't work in the bathroom. Overall very disappointing. Slept in Rosmalen the night before and that was fine.
Trench valley gets a fat F as sleeping accommodation.
