The first night the room I was given was right next to the the lobby so it was very noisy. Then the people who were upstairs were constantly jumping and banging on the floor until after midnight. I also noticed black spotting on the wall which turned out to be mold. I asked for a room chang the next day and they refused. Then on the third day as I was leaving to go out they came in and told me that I had to move to another smaller room. I did not understand why. The room they gave me was even worse, it had black mold on the walls and ceiling, and mold and leaking joints on the sink pipes. I asked for a refund but of course I could not get one. I wanted to lodge a complaint to the government on the Lobro de Reclamaciones book but could not get them to understand that although I plan to do that when I get back home. Then as I was leaving I could not get anyone to help me take my luggage down the stairs. My advice: do not book this "hotel" under any circumstances! It should be shut down until it is made safe for human occupation.

The location is excellent closest to the train station, like 8 min walk. The room had enough space, however had some problems of humidity in the wall. The bedsheet was dirty but we ask to a change and the personal kindly agreed. For the breakfast they had variety but bugs (moscas) flying around but the lady serving the meal was very kind. If a walkable area, and for the price is reasonable the conditions.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. It was located close to very nice restaurants and shops, I definitely recommend it.

The room and bathroom especially was extremely dirty, and full of hair. Don’t even think they cleaned the bathroom. Also they advertise a breakfast buffet which I thought was rare to find in Aguas Calientes and it is false. There is no buffet but they just bring eggs and coffee to your room. Overall terrible and disappointing
