Excellent for family and friends
We have just arrived from our family vacation, it is the second time we stayed and everything excellent getting better and better. It has everything, the excellent food, the atmospheres and I think in the area it is the only hotel that does not have stones in front of its space, which is good when you go with children.

Terrible service, I do not recommend it.
I do not recommend it, terrible service, this is the second time I have come, the first time was good, but now the quality has dropped and the service is terrible. Ms. Estrella is rude, there are five of us guests and they only provided four towels. When we asked for more, Ms. Estrella looked at me as if I were making it up and never brought me the towel until I asked again half an hour later and requested the complaint book. Only then did they bring it, it has been more than 30 minutes and they still have not brought the complaint book.
Unfortunately, they require payment in advance and I will have to stay here for two more days.
I do not recommend it, one comes to have fun, not to complain, I will never return.

We loved it!
We loved the hotel. Super quiet, spacious bungalows, super clean everything, with everything you need. We were in a suite facing the sea, had king bed and a stateroom of 1.5 square; with air conditioning, refrigerator, DIRECTV. All the staff super attentive. The food was very good. Nothing was needed, at the hotel they had board games, books, beach games. You can order food on the suite terrace. The hotel also had a water dispenser. We took the tour of the same hotel for whale watching; the boat super good especially compared to the boats of the tours in the area, the people in charge of the A1 tour. The hotel stay included kayaking and breakfast, with complimentary drinks. We were allowed late check out with an additional payment.
The only thing they could improve is the soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The dispenser is very small. We'll definitely be back.

Paradise.
Beautiful setting right on the water small hotel excellence staff. We had a large room right on the ocean. We had a patio steps from the sand where we could watch the waves the sea lions.

Quiet & Relaxing Beach Getaway
Our stay at Punta del Norte Bungalows exceeded our expectations. We celebrated the end of our honeymoon, and found our time to be peaceful and relaxing. The staff are what made the time there so special. Everyone was kind, personable, and attentive. Specifically, Sr Percy, Percy, Carlos, Jefferson, Darwin, and Sergio made our stay unforgettable! During our stay, we also enjoyed kayaking with Jefferson, which was free for guests. Additionally, the staff helped us celebrate the final night of our honeymoon with a private dinner on our patio! We would highly recommend anyone considering staying at Punta del Norte Bungalows.
