It was nice rest.

Family-run hotel located 800 meters from the Teutonic Knights Castle.
I recommend lux rooms.
In hotel swimming pool, jacuzzi, billiard.
Good food in homemade style and friendly, family atmosphere.
In big banquete room there is a piano and there are 2 smaller rooms for private meetings.
The most valuable elements of the natural Bytów environment are oligotrophic lobelia lakes and peatbogs with dystrophic ponds.
There are some relict and dying species.
Bytowskie Lake District is one of the main lobelia lakes area.
The largest and deepest lake Jeleń lies witin the city limit of Bytów.
Lake area is 79 hectares and a depth of max. 32.2 m
The lake is very clean and pikes, eels, perchs, roachs live in it .

Spa with tired rooms

This hotel part of this spa is clearly a bit tired. The rooms are spacious but very dated and the linen very poor. It's a long time since I've seen brushed nylon sheets. The shower is also small and not very powerful or hot.
Breakfast was good with a very good selection on the buffet and freshly prepared eggs.
The staff were a bit mechanical

Cute place

Best place to stay in while in Bytow, Poland. Very clean rooms with nice spa facilities. Breakfast is delicious and made to order. Very impressed how much work the staff puts into room service. Front desk staff is multilingual and very professional.

Couldn't be happier

My husband and I were impressed how clean this place was.
The food? Above and beyond!!
Every morning we were awoken by a charming little bird outside our window (KuKulka). To look at a stunning view of the meadow and forest.
The hotel grounds are very well kept, beautiful and secluded.
The staff is very polite, kind and professional. The treatment felt personalized. It was a truly royal experience. Would highly recomend. Oh! The breakfast was unreal!! Something we never experience anywere else.
My husband is a picky eater and he just loved everything. All home made, and served with love.
My only 'complaint' would be that it was a bit difficult to find, but worth it when you get there.

An Enjoyable Experience

In May 2012 I participated in an international seminar held at the Ulan Spa in Bytow, Poland. Members of the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs, meals were well prepared and tasty, and the room to which I was assigned was large with a living/work area, a circular bed, and a jacuzzi. One thing I really liked was that my room had a great air conditioning system. I also liked that wifi came with the room. The center of town is but a brief walk from the hotel, where one can visit St. Catherine's Church, a museum, and the Teutonic castle. In addition, I found the people of Bytow to be friendly and helpful.
