Clean, modern and good hotel

For the marriage of a friend we stayed one night in Petropol hotel.
It is modern, clean and smart equipped hotel. The price is ok. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is also modern and serves good dishes for acceptable prices.
We recommend this hotel for private stays as well as for Business stays in Plock.

City center hotel

Nice hotel, rooms are big enough for a small child and a baby. The hotel features outdoor parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good, enough choice. Little point of criticism, the cleaning. There was still tooth paste on the bathroom floor from the previous guest. When in Plock, book this hotel.

Stay away from this hotel

We have stayed here a few times and the hotel is modern, with a nice restaurant and lovely staff. The problem is the nightclub next door that opened a year ago. It stays open till 5 a.m.plays insanely loud music, and there are lots of drunks making noise, fighting, shouting etc. What makes things worse is that the Hotel management now cooperates with and promotes this club. We stayed again the 28the December and the noise levels were horrendous, there were drunk people arriving in the early hours that threatened staff and caused huge problems for those normal guests who just wanted a good night’s sleep. Amazing that the hotel management seems to have no regard for the safety of its staff or it’s guests. Avoid this place at all costs, it’s a disgrace to the Best Western name.

Worst hotel stay of this year

As a BW Rewards diamond member I don't mind the lack of status benefits (no gift, not to mention upgrade). Hotel seemed nice and well renovated, however our room at 7th floor was a nightmare. This nonsmoking room smelled like an ashtray, there were cigarettes burns on window courtains and the worst of all... the bed and carpet was covered with stains that looked and smelled like a vomit... totally disgusting ... sorry for attached photo... We got moved to another room which smelled better but still the cleanliness was an issue in this hotel. The staff was not helpful and didn't bother to compensate this by any means. To be fair the breakfast was decent but I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would rather recommend to stay away from this BW property.

Superb Stay

This place was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The welcome was second to none as they have room ready early, the room had small baby bath for our young child as well. As a family we had varous needs and the hotel met them. I would recommend them to everyone. We will be back.
