Very impressed with pretty much everything about this property

This is an excellent property that checks all the boxes. I had an excellent experience.
1. Most importantly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfortable mattresses, nice bedding, and good in-room climate control. The technology worked well, including WiFi. And in a world where it is becoming less common, I appreciate that this hotel still offers live linear TV, including CNN International, a faithful companion when I (an American) travel abroad.
2. Common areas (lobby, elevators, hallways) were clean and well-maintained.
3. The amenities were great, specifically the pool and gym. Just be aware that there are two gyms in the building: one in the basement adjacent to the pool that is part of a private fitness club and hence available to hotel guests only for a fee, and another on the first floor that is complimentary for hotel guests. The gym for hotel guests features nice, modern, clean, well-maintained weight and cardio equipment, and offers a water dispenser and towels.
4. It is conveniently located in the heart of Wroclaw. There is a medium-sized shopping mall across the street inclusive of a Carrefour supermarket. Old Town and its many restaurants and cafes is a short walk. The riverfront (good for strolling, photos, and boat tours) is a 15 minute walk.
5. The breakfast buffet is extensive and amazing, with an abundance of hot and cold offerings and a very pleasant seating area and ambience, including outdoor seating in the courtyard. You can get a made-to-order omelet, and they will bring it to your table.
6. I like that there are self-service water dispensers throughout the guest floors, dispensing both still and carbonated water. Regrettably, there are no ice dispensers, which would have been a nice add.
7. Note that some rooms have walk-in showers, while others have bathtubs (with showerhead). If you have a preference, you may wish to contact the hotel in advance and make your preference known.
8. Staff were universally kind and courteous and competent.
The only thing about this hotel that might be a significant negative to some is that the hotel is "very horizontal". It can be a very long walk to your room.

Excellent stay in beautiful Wroclaw

Everything was top-notch!
Location is perfect, a pleasant 10ish min walk to old town, river promenade and cathedral island. Very nice park just next to the hotel. There are several tram and bus lines nearby. Shopping mall just across the street.
Hotel itself is very modern, rooms are big and spotlessly clean, and bed was very comfortable. Having water dispensers in the hallways with both still and bubble water was very convenient.
And then the delicious breakfast! A lot to choose from, both hot and cold options, fruits, veggies... Plus an omelett station :)
There is also a very nice terrace in the inner courtyard of the building complex where the hotel is placed.
All the staff I've interacted with were very friendly, helpful and professional.
If coming to Wroclaw, this is a place to stay!

Close to city center, a super hotel with that expected luxury wibe. Nice rooms with a great and very big bed.
The pool is nice and few people even that its part of a fitness center

Great hotel. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, well equipped gym, lovely pool. The pool is shared with a health club but I went swimming at 6:30 am and there was usually only one other person in the pool. The hotel location is very convenient, easy walk to historic center, right across the street from a large shopping center. Overall a wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, but not quite a five-star experience

We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Wrocław, and while we had a pleasant stay overall, we don't quite feel it lived up to the expectations of a five-star hotel.
Let's start with the positives. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. The location is also excellent, situated on the edge of the Old Town, within easy walking distance of the shopping mall, the main pedestrian streets, and only about a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Market Square (Rynek).
However, there were several details that, in our opinion, prevented this from feeling like a true five-star experience.
The minibar was surprisingly empty, containing only two bottles of water. No soft drinks, snacks, or alcoholic beverages were available. After a day of travelling, we expected a more fully stocked minibar at a hotel of this standard.
The beds were also firmer than we prefer. We know this is subjective, but we expected a higher level of comfort from a five-star property.
The hotel bar did not offer any gluten-free beer or other gluten-free alcoholic alternatives. Considering how common gluten-free options have become, we think it would be a simple and inexpensive improvement.
Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. At 110 PLN per person, we felt it was overpriced for the selection offered. The gluten-free bread was dry and uninspiring, with very limited options for guests following a gluten-free diet. During our stay, we found a local café serving a much better breakfast for around 60–70 PLN per person, offering higher quality and much better value for money.
Overall, this is a clean, well-maintained hotel with excellent staff and a very good location. However, because of the limited minibar, average breakfast, lack of gluten-free choices, and bed comfort, we would personally rate it closer to 3.5 stars than a true five-star hotel.
With a few relatively small improvements, this hotel could easily provide the five-star experience it aims to deliver.
