A wonderful stay at the hotel
We spent six amazing days at this hotel, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it! The rooms are cosy, equipped with showers and a minibar, and bottled water is provided free of charge. The hotel staff deserve special recognition – the reception team and restaurant staff are incredibly kind and helpful, while the housekeeping team ensures everything is spotless.
A special thank you to Ania, Aneta, and Ela from the restaurant, Teresa and Paulina from reception, and Marysia and Grażyna from housekeeping – you all made our stay even more enjoyable!
The hotel is located in a quiet town, yet close to Zakopane, making it a great base for trips. There is a ski slope nearby where you can rent equipment and hire an instructor. A fantastic bonus was the free access to the sauna and jacuzzi included with our reservation.
The food at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the service was always friendly and professional. We rate our stay 5/5 and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway in the mountains!

Winter break
As always, a massive thank you to everyone - the lovely receptionists, restaurant team and the fabulous room service crew! Always happy to help, five star service with a smile!!!!
Breakfast and dinner did not disappoint, along with the great restaurant menu! Would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone! Cannot wait to go back soon!
