A+ hotel
Hotel very clean, breakfast is rich and diverse, staff really nice and friendly

Personnel woke us at 8am to do room service. A tall girl managing the breakfast buffet was staring at the guests. She also hung over the food with her long black hair. Not appreciated and not hygienic. A clear sign of lacking fundamental education and understanding.

Great location and a lovely hotel
Stayed in this hotel for two nights. From the moment I checked in, every staff member I dealt with was very welcoming, friendly and professonal. My room was lovely, it was very comfortable, I had two great nights sleep. Everything was spotless. There was great variety on offer for breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent, very central and close to everything

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. I will certainly stay here again if I visit Bucharest again.

Disappointment
Let me start with the fact that we arrived at the hotel. The flight was earlier than the hotel check-in and so we went to the reception to leave our luggage for custody. Except we weren't beaten up. The man at the reception tells us that the check-in is 3 o'clock. Ok, we told him, we just want to leave our luggage. When we returned at 3:00 the rooms were not ready. I traveled with my 24-year-old son, not a single child, and with my niece and my mother. We had two superior double beds with separate beds. After a while the girl at the reception tried to convince us that we were upgraded but they are double beds and that they are king beds. When we went up to the only king rooms were not the beds. Also next to it was a sofa bed with used layered sheets. When I returned to my reception, he replied that he had no other rooms. I show her the reservation we had requested for separate beds. Answering will open you to sleep on the sofa bed. There I raised my voice and said NO. Suddenly rooms were found. Breakfast wasn't worth it. Pancakes rude and thin like crepes. Bacon cold and like pets. The coffees all milk and coffee shrimp. Generally I'm an Accor customer I think it was the worst I've ever been. And not friendly employees
